Jaclyn's POV:

Today's the last show. I was backstage getting ready when dad came back.

Jack: hey babe
Jaclyn: hey

He leaned against the vanity and watched me get ready.

Jack: I just wanted to tell you and give you something before your last show.

I put my brushes down and looked at him.

Jack: I know we haven't been on the best terms for awhile but I want you to know how proud I am of you. You've been working your butt off with school, getting your license, working your butt off with work and getting to here. I'm proud to be your dad.

He sat down a bag on my table. I grabbed it and opened it. It was a gold bracelet with the dates and location on the inside.

Jaclyn: thank you.

I slipped it on and got up. I gave him a hug and just stood there with him for a couple minutes. I sat back down and grabbed a tissue.

Jaclyn: damn. Everyone's trying to make me cry today.
Jack: (chuckles)

I wiped my eyes and finished putting my make up on after dad left. When I was done I got dressed and had mom and Andy do my hair. (outfit is the picture above) After I was done I got up and grabbed something to eat then went to watch Dustin finish his set.

Once his set was over they started to get my stuff set up. I went backstage and we did a band huddle before going on.

Jaclyn: I just want to thank everyone here for helping make this possible. I never imagined performing in an arena this big.
Tico: Don't forget being the headliner
Jaclyn: How could I forget? You guys have been there through the good and bad. Thanks for sticking with me and not just turning a blind eye to a little kid who wanted to sing. Okay I'm done. If I talk more I'm gonna cry.
Tico: I wanna add something. I know I can speak for everyone here. We are proud of the person you have become. When we all started out together you could barely sing in front of 50 people. Now you are singing in front of 50,000. I'm proud to be your big brother and to see where you are now compared to two years ago.

I smiled and wiped my eye.

Tico: Okay. I'm done.

We all put our hands together and I looked at everyone.

Jaclyn: This is only the beginning. I'm ready for the ride if you guys are.
Everyone: Hell yeah
Jaclyn: 1,2,3
Everyone: PARRRRTY

We all laughed and got ready. I gave mom and dads a hug before going on. We started with Georgia Peaches/Paradise City and the remix intro.

A few songs in

I took a drink of water and we started up a new song I have never done before. (Bad Boys Get Me Good by Jasmine Rae) We told no one of the change so it was even a shock to my parents.

Jaclyn: Looking at me you think I'd be The girl with a guy who's nice and sweet and don't you know I'd be her if I could. But I'm a sucker for a tall, dark, flick-a-cigarette man

I looked down at everyone and saw the shocked looks on their faces. I kinda chuckled and finished the song.

Jaclyn: Now this next song is one that hits right at home for my guitar player Tico and I.  We both were raised in foster care together. We lived through the good and the bad. When I was 7 we had a good home. I mean a REALLY good home. We had food on the table every night, a warm place to sleep, and a roof over our head. That was something we didn't have a lot. Plus our foster parents loved us. They gave us hugs, kisses, held us when we were sad, and cared. That's all we had dreamed of. But then the fighting started, the yelling and screaming. That is when Tico and I would lay in bed together and hum songs. That is when we wrote this song together. This is 11
