Chapter 46

Lucas's POV: 

I woke up around 6 and rolled over and saw Vic was still asleep. I slipped out of bed and went pee then walked down the hall. I peaked in on Jaclyn and she was still asleep but she was asleep in the window bed. I went in and covered her up with a blanket and went into the kitchen. I texted Jack and asked him to come over. I wanted to tell him about last night. 

When he got here I let him in.

Lucas: Girls are still asleep.
Jack: Gotcha.
Lucas: So Jaclyn had a rough last night and I wanted to tell you about it but not over the phone.
Jack: Is she okay?
Lucas: Yes and no. She's okay physically but
Jack: What happened?
Lucas: So she came home last night. She was pissed at me so she went and took a shower. After her shower she came running out of her room with her hair still dripping wet.
Jack: She always dries it.
Lucas: Exactly. So Vic asked her where she was going. She didn't answer at first then said Tyler fell in the shower and busted his incision back open so she went up there.
Jack: Oh my god.
Lucas: Yeah so a few hours later she came home. She didn't see us in there at first. She was sliding her shoes off when one got stuck. She threw her bag across the room and kicked the shoe across the room. I asked her what was wrong and she said Tyler didn't remember her. He remembered Tico and almost everyone else but not her.
Jack: No.
Lucas: Yeah. Vic tried to talk to her but all she could do was cry.
Jack: Well yeah. They've been together what a year and a half? 
Lucas: yeah. She went in the backyard and just started throwing shit everywhere hints why it looks like that.

He glanced out there and saw everything.

Jack: The chair is across the yard.
Lucas: Oh yeah. I've literally never seen her so angry before. She started off just throwing the cushions and kicking buckets then she threw a chair. The first person I thought of was Andy because of everything she went through with her mom.
Jack: True. 
Lucas: So Vic called her. Robert and Andy came over to try and help. Andy went out there and tried to talk to her. Andy held her hands but Jaclyn cried and ripped them away. She threw some more stuff then Robert finally got her. She beat the crap out of him, shoved him, everything. He finally got her in a tight grip and sat down on the ground. She finally calmed down enough to tell us everything.
Jack: Oh my god.
Lucas: I'm sorry I didn't call you last night. It was just
Jack: You're fine. She obviously needed you. 
Lucas: I just wanted to let you know. Amelia isn't 100% sure he'll get all of his memory back so I wanted everyone to know.
Jack: Appreciate it. 

He sat at the counter and we talked while I made breakfast. I was almost done making breakfast when Jaclyn came out. She rubbed her eyes and walked into the kitchen she saw Jack and kinda sank. She walked over and sat on his leg and hugged him.

Jaclyn: (Muffled) Did dad tell you?
Jack: Yeah. I'm sorry babe

She nodded and laid her head on his shoulder.

Lucas: (mouths) See?

He nodded and hugged her. A few minutes later Vic came out of the room and sat at the other end of the counter. 

Vic: Morning.
Lucas: Morning.
Vic: hey.
Jack: hey.

She looked at us and pointed her head towards Jaclyn. Jack made a :| face while I shook my head no. Jack sat there with her and would occasionally rub her back until I finished breakfast. 

Lucas: Here sweets. You need to eat something.
Jaclyn: I'm not hungry.
Lucas: Eat something at least.

She sat down next to Jack and picked at her food for awhile. We all sat there in awkward silence for awhile until Jack said something.

Jack: So what's everyone doing today?
Lucas: Maybe some yard work. I need to mow and all that.
Vic: A lot of nothing.

We looked over at Jaclyn who was staring at her plate.
