Chapter 59

Jaclyn's POV:

Today is the day of the fan album party. I woke up around 9 and Tyler was coming back in the room.

Tyler: Well good morning sleeping beauty
Jaclyn: (laughs) Good morning.

He leaned down and gave me a kiss then went into the closet and got dressed. I got up and slid my house shoes on. I went into the bathroom and brushed my hair and teeth before going out into the kitchen. I walked out there and saw iced coffee's from Starbucks and a note. I walked over to them and picked up the note. "You and Tyler enjoy some coffee this morning and relax before today. Love you, dad". I smiled and got into the fridge and grabbed a bagel. I toasted it then grabbed the cream cheese. I was waiting for it when Tyler came back out.

Jaclyn: Want a bagel?
Tyler: Sure.

I grabbed another one and put it next to the toaster.

Jaclyn: Dad grabbed us coffee this morning. That one is yours.
Tyler: thanks.

He grabbed his coffee and sat down at the counter. I tossed him his bagel after it toasted then put another one in. I walked over and stood next to him while I waited.

Tyler: You ready for the party?
Jaclyn: Yeah.

I yawned and laid my head on his arm.

Tyler: Why don't you sit and eat?
Jaclyn: I'm fine.
Tyler: Baby, you haven't slept more then 4 hours in the past week. Sit down and eat. We can go lay on the couch and watch TV until you have to get ready.
Jaclyn: Fine.

I sat down at the counter and yawned again. He slid me his bagel then got up and grabbed the other one. After we ate we went into the living room and laid on the couch. I laid between his legs with my head on his chest.

Tyler's POV:

We were laying on the couch when I looked down and saw Jaclyn asleep. I pulled the blanket off the back of the couch and covered her up. I ran my fingers through her hair and smoothed it down while she slept. About a hour and a half later Trisha came in.

Trisha: Is she sleepin?
Tyler: Yeah.
Trisha: Okay. Will you make sure she's up in like half a hour to get ready? The girls will be here by 12:15 to do her hair and make up.
Tyler: Yep.
Trisha: Thank ya honey.

She walked down the hall and back to the office. About 30 minutes later I woke her up.

Tyler: Alright babe. Time to get up. The girls will be here soon.

She groaned and stretched. She scooted up some more and laid her head on my chest/shoulder then wrapped her arm around me. I kissed her forehead and rubbed her back.

Tyler: Come on.

She sighed then sat up. I sat up next to her and rubbed her back.

Tyler: Feel better at all?
Jaclyn: Yeah.

She leaned against me and laid her hands on my thigh. I smiled and kissed her forehead. We sat there for a few minutes while I rubbed her back. We heard a knock on the front door. She sighed and got up.

Jaclyn's POV:

Once the girls got here we went into my bathroom and started hair and make up. Once that was done I got dressed into my outfit for the party. I wanted it to be classy but still simple. (picture above)

About a hour after I got dressed we headed to the venue. We hung out in the back and waited for everyone to file in. Once everyone was in there Trisha went in and gave a welcome speech. When she was done I walked out and walked on to the little stage.
