Today I fly out to Nash to get ready for the Grand Ole Opry. I've had rehearsals every day for about 6-8 hours. Then I've met with a stylist to come up with what to wear and how to do my hair and all that. Dad (Lucas) and I are back on good terms. I don't even know how we got back on them but we did. Tyler dropped Tico and I off around 7.
Tyler: I'll see you in a few days. Jaclyn: I'll see you then. Tyler: I love you. Jaclyn: I love you too.
I gave him a kiss and grabbed my bag.
Tyler: hey. Go kick ass. Jaclyn: (smiling) of course.
Once we got inside we met Rae and the band. We got checked in and by our gate. Once we loaded on the plane I sat between Rae and Tico.
When we landed in Nash we got off and grabbed our luggage. Trisha met us outside our gate.
Trisha: who's ready!?!? Jaclyn: meeee
I laughed and gave her a hug. We all got into cars and headed to the air b n b. Tico, Rae, and I are staying there. The guys didn't wanna be there with everyone coming in so I got them hotel rooms. This house has 12 bedrooms and 10 baths. When we got there I took my stuff to my room and hung it all up so it wouldn't wrinkle. I had a radio interview this afternoon so I started getting ready. I was doing my make up in my bathroom when Trisha came in.
Trisha: hey sister. Jaclyn: hey. Trisha: whatcha wearing today? Jaclyn: I was thinking just my dark jeans with the white crop top. Since I've lost some weight it's a bit more flowy. I figured I'd wear wedges with it and just keep it casual. Trisha: sounds good. We just have to leave in about a hour. Jaclyn: sounds good. Trisha: Rae is gonna go on a coffee run since y'all had to fly today. Whatcha want? Jaclyn: iced mocha. Trisha: gotcha. Jaclyn: thank youuu Trisha: yep

I finished doing my make up then started my hair. I was almost done with it when Rae came in.
Rae: hey. I've got your coffee. Jaclyn: thank you so much. Are the curls in the back of my head even?
She looked and moved them around some.
Rae: yeah. There's one that's messed up. Here. I'll fix it for ya. Jaclyn: thank you
I handed her the curling iron and she fixed my curls. I sprayed some hair spray in and drank some of my iced coffee. I sat on the counter in there and called dad (jack).
Jack: well hello. Jaclyn: hi. Jack: whatcha up to? Jaclyn: getting ready for my radio interview. What about you? Jack: work. Jaclyn: well let me see everyone.
He laughed and walked around. I said hey to everyone and talked to Andy and Robert for a few minutes. I had to finish getting ready so I hung up and got dressed. Once I was ready I went downstairs and made sure I had my purse. We got in the car and went to the radio station.
