10:Punishment !

Aiyappaa plzz plzz plzz save me!!!! I promise for the next two hours I won't disturb you. I am ur favorite child right plzz this one time plzz!! I said making the most innocent and pleading face I could.

You guys must be wondering what's wrong with me,so let me tell you here I was standing in front of the monster's cabin literally begging to Aiyappa to save me from his warth! After one last prayer amd muttering up enough courage I knocked his cabin door and heard his voice granting me permission.

I entered his cabin with my eyes shut internally prepared for the anger dripping voice to bombard me, surprisingly! though I was greated with a muffled silence... I almost, almost thanked my stars genuinely amazed at flattering that works for Aiyappa too, guess we all are his little children.

Just as I parted my eyes open all I knew was I spoke WAY TO EARLY FOR ALL THE THANKING BUSINESS.

His eyes were literally spitting fire it was like any minute he would pounce on me.....Nandini murthy you are soo dead!!!

"Oh my god!! Ms.murthy,is that you, how honoured I feel since you graced my cabin with your presence this was the only thing I was waiting for, now I can die peacefully"

he said faking amusement but still the anger in his voice was soo visible. I usually am fairly rational but boy! Not gonna lie this sight is f'ing drool worthy!

*Damm you murthy are you even for real, you are on the verge of getting fired and these are your thoughts...guess somebody is a pervert herself* ehh...ya..that's my subconscious....

"I am so sorry sir I just lost my way back to the cabin" I said making the lamest excuse that first came to my mind, I sometimes undermine my capability of being eternally stupid

"Ms murthy what do you think of me to be. Is there anywhere 'stupid' written on my face"

he said making a duh..face. I soo wanted to say I don't know about that but there's surely monster written all over your face, but alas! Not all your wishes come true right.....

" ss...sorry sir it won't happen again" I said starting at my shoes suddenly they appeared more attractive to me, I couldn't dare to look into his eyes...

"I have already warned you before,but it seems like you don't know the value of what you have and neither of my words nor of time. And I don't work with people who don't value any of the three, so I..." before he could say something i interrupted as loosing this job is something I can't afford.

"Sorry sir plzz don't say that, I promise this is my last mistake I agree it was my fault and I am ready to do anything to make it up for this. Plzz sir just one last chance sir"

I said almost in a pleading tone which I never thought I'll use with anyone but sometimes you have to behave as the situation demands and for this particular moment I couldn't think of anything else.

"I don't tolerate this kind of behavior Ms.Murthy. You have an excellent academic record and your ideas have worked for us well only on this basis I am willing to give you this one last chance, mind it when I say last I mean last and a final chance"

he said after thinking something for a while and that's when I left a sigh of relif

" But that doesn't mean you will be spared, rules are same for everyone here be it a senior or a junior. You have made a mistake and you will have to pay for it" he said with a slight smirk Aiyappaa what is he gonna make me do.

" Pay as in???" I said with my forehead filled with frowns.

" As in punishment" he said as his smirk grew wider. Punishment!!! You kidding me, what are we five?? And what kind of punishment is he talking about.
