58: Bondings...

Nandini's pov:

                 I crossed my hands at my chest and raised my eyebrows, i saw him squeezing his eyes shut and bitting his tongue at this slip! He peeked slowly to see if i am still there as if he wished i disappeared somewhere...i gave him a ‘mind explaining’ look to which he smiled sheepishly! He looked cute though i almost had a smile cracking up but i kept it to myself i cannot afford getting caught!

" voh..voh..toh main bus..i mean you know..." he stammered all along and trust me when i say this i had the time of my life seeing him so flustered and speechless! He kept swaying his head in all directions and moving his hand trying to put up a sane yet strong explanation, i stood there with a stern expression on!

" manik malhotra has nothing to say! Obviously hoga kaise....abb jawani main itne gul khilaye hai ki shayaad saare yaad bhi nhi honge, nhi?!" i mocked him giving him the most sarcastic look i posses! Where inside i was trying so hard not to crack up! Common man! I Don't know if i ever will be able to get such a golden opportunity to get the malhotra nervous to death! I cannot in a gazillion years let go of this! Thanks to chachi ke drame's for the dialogue! I remember her saying this to some tv serial character who apparently cheated on his wife!

He looked at me as if i was an alien..obviously didn't point it out though, well who will wanna invite more trouble then he already is in, so he let it go!

" aaisa nhi hai nandini..voh sab it was nothing serious..it used to be a casual fling from both the sides....i promise i have never broken anyone's heart neither went ahead than first base, seriously! I soo regret it now!!! Voh bus stupidity thi!!! I wasn't thinking straight..I...i.." he was speaking in a faster speed than he usual does, that was a clear indication that he was hell nervous, his expressions kept changing with his eyebrows either twitching or him raising them, he had quite a few frowns on and all the while his eyes held a pleading look, they were honest throughout i know he wasn't lying!

I realized it was getting out of had and before things go beyond a prank i should put an end to it!

" manik mujhe kuch nhi sunna!" i said stopping his monologue he gave me a worried pleading look!

" nanini plz.." he started again as he held my hands in his..i gently got my hands out of his hold and interrupted him!

" manik mujhe kuch nhi sunna kyuki..kyuki main already sab janti hu!" i revealed and the smile that i was holding back finally broke through!

" nhi nandini tum....wait WHAT!!!!!!" it took him a while to take in what i said but when he did realize he literally yelled!!! His eyes went wide and his face blank!!! I couldn't stop spilling up into uncontrollable fits of laughter!!! I laughed until my stomach couldn't take more! I looked up to him to see the confused yet furious him! Poor baby! Hehe

" toh tab se tum.." he started but i didn't let him complete

" i was pulling your leg! If u haven't realized yet duffos!" i said giggling a bit..i was sure red with the blood rush as i laughed so much he was too but with embarrassment!

* you are such a devil nandini!* my subconscious mocked...i shrugged as i believe i have the right to my share of fun! I ain't giving it for nobody!

" par tumhe kaise pata i don't remember mentioning!" he asked confused.

" infinity join karne se pehle i had my share of research done then it was when i did came across some raunchy articles about your 'ohh soo colorful life' " i said quoting the last part!

" you did know! Then why the hell would u pull that stupid stunt on me!" he yelled a little again! I giggled....getting braver, i guess his all the yelling doesn't scare me enough,  along with me my eardrums have made peace with the fact too that we gotta bare this for a long time so they kinda don't get affected that much!
