Quirk - Hijack

When skin to skin contact is made Katsuo may temporarily steal the targets quirk, preventing them from using it, and allowing him to use it. When used on a mutant type quirk it instead allows him to partially control the mutation, possibly slowing or controlling the target, this requires the user to focus on moving the mutation, the more he understands the mutation the easier it is to control.  The time the quirk is in effect depends on the quirk, the more complex a quirk is the shorter he can hijack it, a maximum of two quirks may be hijacked at a time. It also has a minor side affect that he has taken advantage of. While his fathers quirk causes his hair and capture gear to float he uses this to rewind the gear back to him, the effect for Katsuo is around his entire body when he activates his quirk, thanks to this he has extra capture gear that he holds on his arms under his clothes at all times in case he needs to use them.  The only known downside to his quirk is that he is constantly affected by an unnatural level of narcolepsy and he is constantly sleeping, the opposite of his father (Shouta Aizawa)'s insomnia.

Due to the nature of his quirk Katsuo has developed an extreme talent for reading both people and their quirks, he is sometimes able to help people see their quirks in ways they haven't thought of. He also is able to read stoic people that show little to no emotion, like his father.

He is proficient is several forms of hand to hand combat, he fights by dodging parrying and blocking until he finds an opening then mercilessly strikes generally able to quickly knock someone out. He also is very skilled with both the neck scarf that his father uses and his own heavier variant on his forearms, he is able to use both in battle for terrifying results.

His father has taught him secret sleeping techniques that he uses every chance he can. Thanks to these techniques he is able to instantly fall asleep, as well as retain some form of conscious in his sleeping state allowing him to hear what goes on around him as well as slightly move around. Paired with his knowledge of sign language he can complete some classes while sleeping the entire time, however his teachers don't like it when he does so for a reason he's yet to figure out.

Personality - 

He takes after his father in some ways, harsh, rational in thinking, and slightly sadistic (He likes teasing and messing with people). However he is a rather nice person who will help others when he gets the chance to do so and will support someones dream as long as they are truly determined to get there. He wishes to become a hero to help the villains who only became villains because they had no other path in life or were forced into it and is rather forgiving in some cases, depending on the circumstances. While he will never say it out loud he secretly accepts vigilantes as long as they don't get in the way of certified heroes or kill others he will never chase or arrest one, and he will gladly help them if he has enough time. Despite his powerful quirk he is not rash or egotistical, and he will ask permission to use his quirk while not in combat before using it on others as he feels it is extremely invasive. His hero costume will feature a face mask that covers his entire face, while he is wearing this mask he will never allow any emotion to leak through as it may cloud his judgment.

Appearance -

Unlike his father he cares about his appearance, he choose the same hair style as his father but he keeps it out of his face, several people say that he looks just like his father except that he cares for himself so he looks better. Essentially he looks like a younger Eraserhead that is in much better health, no eye bags due to his constant sleep, no facial hair, and a slightly more angled face, he is considered to actually considered be quite handsome( to his fathers surprise) and he uses this to his advantage to mess and tease other people quite often. His body is also in great shape, while he doesn't have massive muscles like All Might he is still physically stronger than most adults and the muscles he does have are extremely well defined (think Garou from opm), due to him constantly exercising for most of his life.
