So, I tried writing the fight scene two more times this week. I would have written more, but school is starting up for me again. I read over my different versions of the fight, but both of the new ones just lacked... oomph. They just didn't feel like a proper conclusion to the sports festival, what with Katsuki shooting a massive laser and Todoroki creating a massive steam explosion. I'm trying to find a way to have this fight feel... more. I want the action to feel faster. The impacts to hurt more. But, I just can't seem to write what I visual down. I'm really sorry that I don't have a new chapter for the second week in a row, but I also really don't want to release a chapter that feels lacking. Now with school starting up I don't know how many times I can try to write the chapter this time around, but I'm going to try my hardest to get it out by next week. The moment it's done and ready I'll upload it. If I still can't get it right by next week, I don't know what I'll do. Maybe I should just look at the different attempts I have and upload the best one. Or, maybe I should take another week to try and make the fight as great as I want it to be. Or, maybe I should do what I did earlier and just write away from the sports festival to let myself cool down to be able to look at it with fresh eyes. If I go that way, I could write about the 6 people I introduced in the last chapter. But would that be satisfying to read? Would it be okay to break away from the main story right as the climax is starting to look at a different plot line?

Honestly, I think that after the sports festival arc ends no matter what I'm going to take a break from writing. I won't be leaving this story. In fact, I've gone through and re read the earlier chapters and realized how cringe they are. So, during the break I'll go back and edit them to make them easier to read.

So TL:DR, I don't have a chapter this week, again. I can either try to make the chapter the way I want it, just release the one I like the most from the failed ones, or go and write about the six people introduced last chapter. When the sports festival ends, I'm going on a little Hiatus and when I come back I'll have re-worked the old chapters into better versions of the old ones. Keeping the same story and plot points, just with better writing.

Keep writing until I get the fight right.

Release the best fight I have so far.

Take a break from the sports festival, and write about the new characters to look at the fight with fresh eyes.
