Chapter 8, A hunk is at my door

The whole rest of Saturday, i spent the whole time doing homework, listening to music, and sleeping in my bed. I guess i was tired enough from the day before and still shocked, i just had to sleep it off. A few times i would dream about Friday night. Chase on top of me and having his way with me. I feel so ashamed that i couldn't even fight him off. I feel so weak. 

"Kara!! We are gonna watch the game. Are you watching with us?!! Colton yelled up.

"Yeah, ill be down in a few minutes!!" I shouted down. I get up from my computer and walk downstairs. Landon is sitting on the couch in the left seat and Colton on the right. So, i just plopped down between them and cuddled up against Landon while we watch the game. 

I open my eyes to find myself in my bed tucked in. One of my brothers must have carried me up last night. I climb out of bed and wonder downstairs to find my brother Landon watching tv. 

"Morning landon."

"Morning sis. How'd you sleep?"

"Pretty good. I don't remember falling asleep on you at all" i said with a little laugh.

"Yeah, you were pretty much knocked out." 

"I forgot to ask ya, how was your day yesterday?"

"It was alright. Practice was fun." Landon looked at me and continued. "But you know what, that new guy Shawn? he was asking about you. How you were doing."

"Really?! What did he say?" I squealed with delight. "I mean what did you say?" 

"I said that you were doing alright and told him thanks for pretty much saving my sister." 

"Yeah, Shawn did save me that's for sure." i said with a smile.

"Yeah a true hero. But it seems that you like this Shawn guy huh?" he said.

"Well.....No!!" I denied instantly.

"Don't lie Kara! I can tell by the way you look at him and the mention of his name."

"Oh. Please dont beat him please don't. He's actually really sweet." pleading with him to not make a scene at school tomorrow.

"I'll agree he's nice. Why don't you invite him over for the day."  Landon totally shocked me when he said this. He's actually letting a boy over here for me? Awesome!!

"Really? Thanks Landon!"

"But. Your bedroom door has to be open and you can't leave till you tell me or colton where you guys are going." He said.

"Deal!!" I ran upstairs and dove on my bed to text Shawn if he could come over.

Me: Hey! Whats up?

10 minutes later.

Shawn: Hi! not much. Just woke up.

Me: I'm srry, want me to let you go back to sleep?

Shawn: Nah its OK. A cute girl is texting me.

Me: Awe. I was wondering if you would like to come over to my house and hang out?

Shawn: Sure sounds like fun. Whats your address?

Me: 134 7th Street. 

Shawn: Kool. Let me get dressed and ill be right over. Say about 20 Minutes ill see you

Me: Sweet see you then.

I get off my phone and take a quick shower so i won't be all stinky when he gets here. I then put on a pair of light capris and a bright neon tank with a ripped up shirt over with the back all cut up. Then i went downstairs and waited for Shawn to show up. Within 5 minutes i hear the doorbell, i open the door and it's Shawn there in basketball shorts and a black blazer t-shirt.

"Hey, come on in." I welcomed him in.

"Hey, You have a nice place" he said looking around the dinning room and into the living room. 

"Thanks. You want to watch TV?"

"Yeah sounds good." We walked over to the coach and sat down turning the t.v. on. Shawn sits down on one end of the coach, so i sit down next to him. 

"So what do you want to watch?" I said scrolling through channels. "Oh my god it's Scooby doo!! We are so watching this!!" I cheered.

"Wow! you love scooby doo huh?"

"yeah got a problem with that?"

"Nope no problem." 

After an hour of watching scooby doo, i was bored. All of a sudden Shawn tackled me to the ground and started to tickle me. I laughed and yelled at him to stop but he didn't. He just kept tickling me. He soon stopped just enough to let me breath and then started it again. I tried to squirm my way away from him but to no avail it didn't work. I stopped a second time to let me breath and i took that chance to tickle him. He was on the floor laughing and then i stood up and made a run to my bedroom. I ran into my room and climbed on my bed. I grabbed my pillow and waited by my door for him to run in so i could hit him. Shawn runs through my bedroom door and i whack him with my pillow in the face. He stumbles back and looks at me with a smile. He grabs the pillow in my hands and starts lightly hitting me with it.

"AHHHH!!" I scream at him as he hits me. I reach up to tickle him and we stumble on to my floor together. We still tickle each other onto the ground laughing and giggling at each other. We stop since we both are out of breath as i lay above his body. I look up into his eyes and see a handsome god with gentle feelings and a warm heart beneath me. Then he presses his lips against mine...
