[Your POV]
I followed behind Revali as he led me to the Champions' Quarters, blush spreading across my face. "What is your face going red for?" Revali asked cockily. "I am simply offering you a room, nothing else." He smirked. I nodded my head, wanting to talk back to him. But I couldn't find my voice, I was so nervous. We soon came to a room with double doors that Revali pushed open. What was inside kinda reminded me of the dorms in Harry Potter, but instead of it being separated by boys and girls, there were four rooms. It was kinda like some sort of medieval themed apartment. I was totally digging it.
"Wow. This place is amazing." I said, using my fingers to trace the patterns on the walls. "This is where the Champions stay?"
"Yes." Revali said, making his way into one room. "Though, we do not stay in here often, since when we come to the castle, we are usually out and about. It is nice to spend the night in here. Follow me." He reached into his pocket and pulled out a key, twisting it in the lock to one of the rooms. It opened. "Mipha, Daruk, and Urbosa have their own keys." He explained. I nodded and we walked into the room.
The room had a cozy feel to it. The wallpaper was a light blue with a feather pattern across it. The room itself had two king sized beds, both with feather patterns on them as well. They had a dark grey and navy color. "This place is so cool!" I exclaimed.
"Yes, I could agree it is 'cool'." Revali said, glancing at me. "Time to sleep. I'll take this bed." He stroller to the bed on the left. "Get some sleep, we have a long day tomorrow."
"Alright." I said with a yawn. I hopped into the bed on the right, stretching my arms and legs and then making my body go limp. "Goodnight, Revali." I said without thinking, turning on my side, facing away from the Rito.
There was a moment of silence before he responded. "Goodnight...(Y/N)." He said it so quietly I had barely been able to catch it.

The next morning, I was mounting Ares in front of the castle. "Where's Zelda and Link?" I asked Revali as he walked over with something.
"Princess Zelda has duties to attend to regarding Calamity Ganon. Link, as usual, is escorting her." Revali said. "Do not worry. You will get the chance to speak with them again soon. Anyway, I want to give you this." He held up the thing he was carrying. I recognised it as Rusty Claymore. Except, this one wasn't rusty. This seemed brand new.
"But, it looks so amazing! I don't deserve this." I said, about to hand it back to Revali.
"Maybe you don't." Revali said matter-of-factly. "But you will prove to me that you do deserve this sword." He gave it a tap. "This is what you will use in training."
"A real sword?" I asked.
"Yes, a real sword." Revali said. "What else would you use? A leaf?" I nodded and he helped me buckle the sword belt around my waist. I took a deep breath and we were off, Revali flying overhead and me on Ares.
The vast majority of the trip to the Rito Village, I was looking up at Revali, following him. I wasn't sure EXACTLY where the Rito Village was, so keeping my eye on Revali was my best bet. Although, this did cause me some problems with steering Ares. He ran on rocks and almost into a tree once. But luckily, he was able to dodge them and we were able to move forward with ease...for the most part.
While on our way to the Rito Village, we passed through a large empty field of some sort. Walking through the field was an old Hylian man carrying a large bag. I watched as the bag fell off his back as he collapsed to the ground. I frowned and looked up at Revali. If I was quick, maybe he wouldn't get mad at me. I directed Ares over to the old man. "Hello! Are you okay?" I hopped off Ares and picked up the sack and helped the old man to his feet.
"Oh thank you." The man said, suddenly looking behind me at Revali, who had landed and was walking my way. "Your kindness...will be your downfall!" There was a sudden explosion, forcing me to stumble back on the ground. Ares flew into a whining fit. Revali was now sprinting/flying towards me.
"A...A Yiga Clan member?!" I cried, scooting back. The Yiga Clan member leapt forward, grabbing the hem of my shirt when they suddenly stopped. Their sickle traced the Sheikah Slate attached to my arm.
"That slate..." He muttered. He suddenly grabbed it, pain shooting through my arm. "Where did you get that?!"
"Ow!" I screamed. "Get off me!" I tried reaching for the claymore, but it was trapped underneath me. Panic shot through my body as he continued yanking on the slate. Black spots started appearing before my eyes. "W...What?"
"Get off of them!" Revali yelled. There was a sudden gust of wind, throwing the Yiga Clan member from me, leaving me hyperventilating on the grass. I suddenly felt a feathery wing wrap around me. "(Y/N), are you okay?"
I couldn't find the strength to answer him. I stared down at me worriedly then suddenly picked me up bridal style, settling me on Ares' back. By now the black horse had calmed down. The Yiga Clan member looked winded as Revali climbed on Ares behind me, wrapping his wings around my waist. "This is isn't over yet!" The Yiga member yelled as we galloped away.
We continued in swift silence. I leaned my head back on Revali. "Revali..." I called his name.
"Just be silent and rest now, (Y/N)." Revali whispered in my ear. "We will be in the Rito Village before you know it."
And with that, I closed my eyes and dozed off, the Yiga Clan member and Revali weaving in and out of my dreams.
