[Your POV]

We continued training like that through the night. I refused to give up and Revali refused to let me. Finally, when the moon was high in the sky, we stopped and took a break. "I think that is all for tonight." Revali said, sitting down by the fire.

Hyperventilating, I took a seat next to him. "Okay..." I mumbled, staring blankly at the fire. After a few minutes of silence, Revali turned to me.

"Let's get back to the village." He said. "Come on." He stood up and I climbed on his back. Resting my head on his back, we took flight.

We made it to the Rito Village in no time. Surprisingly, the village was bustling with life. Everyone was carrying things around, standing on ladders, like they were setting something up. "What's going on?" I asked as I slid off Revali's back.

"They are setting up for the festival." Revali said. I looked up at him, confusion on my face. He gave a sigh, rolling his eyes. "The festival is a yearly event to celebrate Hyrule and everyone that lives in it. They take place in different locations in Hyrule every year, sometimes staying in one place more than once. This year is the first year it is being held in the Rito Village."

"Oh wow." I said. For some reason, I couldn't remember there being festivals in the game, at least one like this. "How long has the festivals been going on."

"Since I was but a young Fledgling." Revali said proudly. "I grew up with these festivals, but have only been to few, since it never happened in the Rito Village. It has become a famous tradition and nothing but the destruction of Hyrule itself could stop it."

"You talk like it's a force of nature." I said playfully.

"It might as well be." Revali said. "But, we still have quite a while until the preparations are finished. In fact, we could go around Hyrule and back and it still wouldn't be ready. It's a very important occasion." I nodded and we walked around all the unfinished decorations.

"Go around Hyrule and back and it still wouldn't be ready..."

Revali and I entered my little house. I collapsed onto the bed and Revali walked out of the house. He came back a couple minutes later with two cups of tea. "Here." He said, handing me a cup. He sat down on a lone chair while I was on my bed. I sipped, burning my tongue. Revali let out a chuckle as I began panting. "Oh yes, it's hot."

"No shit." I said, earning another round of chuckles from Revali. "So, you think of Hyrule as heaven. A paradise."

"Yup!" I said, setting the tea on my lap. "I wanna see all of it!" I stared out the window as the moon shone over the land of Hyrule. "This world is so amazing and beautiful. I love this place."

Revali stopped drinking his tea. "You...love it?" He asked.

"Yeah." I said. "That's why I really want to see more. Everything about this world and the people in it is just so wonderful!"

"You seem very passionate about Hyrule." Revali said. I nodded, blowing on my tea and taking another sip, this time, not burning my tongue. He smirked. "Well, if you want to see Hyrule so much, why don't we go and see it?"

"Like a road trip?" I asked. He made a look of confusion. "Like a trip?"

"Sure, if that is what you wish to call it." He said. "Tomorrow we shall begin our trek through Hyrule! It will also give me the chance to train you in different environments."

"Even though it's too small for my small mind to handle?" I asked. He shook his head and I just grinned.

"You are not small minded." He admitted. "If it is something you love, I would like to show you." I smiled at him and he left his empty cup on my dresser. "If you wish to go, I will take you. I want to show you all of Hyrule."

A huge smile forced its way onto my face. My face started hurting but I couldn't stop smiling. "You would really do that for me, Revali?" I asked.

"Yes. It will also give you the perfect chance to bond with your horse, Ares." He said. "An added bonus."

"Thank you, Revali!" I cried, standing up and reaching my arms out to him. I wrapped my arms around his torso without even realising it. He stiffened again, but didn't push me away. It's strange. Whenever he shows me any sort of affection, he's fine. But when I do, he goes stiff. I just smiled.

"Why are you hugging me?" He asked.

"You're going to take me on a tour around Hyrule!" I said. "I love Hyrule and a moment with you is never dull!"

"What's that supposed to mean?" He asked with a smirk. I blushed and let go of him. "Get some rest. We will leave tomorrow."

"But, Revali, you just got back to the Rito Village." I said.

"I'm almost always away from the village." He said like it was nothing. "Do not worry. Besides, this might be a nice way of relieving stress." With that, he walked out of the house. I finished my tea and set the empty cup next to the one he left on the dresser. I got under the blankets and fell asleep almost instantly.

I woke up to Revali knocking on the wood of my house. I bolted up, almost falling out of bed. "I'm up!" I said, rubbing my eyes.

"No, you're not." He said, walking into the room. "I've already packed your bags, gotten Ares ready, and packed the food and water." I suddenly felt a strong wind blow on my face. My eyes widened and I turned to Revali, who was swinging his wing in my direction. "Get up! I'm waiting!" He dragged.

I smirked and rolled out of bed. He left the room to let me get dressed. I chose a white button up shirt with some (F/C) pants and some good walking shoes. At least...I think they are. After I stepped out of the room, Revali dumped a backpack on my back. We hopped on the backs of two horses. One being Ares and the other being an unfamiliar horse. "Who's that?" I asked.

"This is Aurora." Revali said. "This will be a long trip, so I chose to bring a horse. I hope you enjoy yourself~" His horse suddenly flew forward and Ares ran after. Before we knew it, we were out of the Rito Village and running through the fields of Hyrule.
