[Your POV]

"How many times do I need to tell you this, Revali!?" I cried, my face bright red. "Urbosa and I didn't do anything like that last night!"

"Mhmm~" Revali hummed with a smirk. We had ridden pretty much all day and well into the night. As a punishment for 'stressing him out', we didn't get any breaks. Revali was fine with it, being a Champion and all, but I would've appreciated one, especially after all that training with Urbosa. "Sure you guys just 'trained'." He wiggled his eyebrows suggestively. "And what's with getting your ass kicked the moment I walk in? I mean, am I really that distracting?" He whipped his braids so they would flow in the nighttime wind. I rolled my eyes and let out a small giggle.

"No, it's cause the moment I laid eyes on you, I wanted to get punched of the face." I said. "That's how much I can't stand it." I smiled as he did his little mock hurt face. I felt my face heat up as I looked at him exaggerating his facial expressions. It was quite...cute, to be honest. I blinked rapidly, lightly slapping myself in the face. NO! Even if I did have a crush on Revali, which I DON'T, why would he want me? He's a Champion and has the choice of literally anyone else in Hyrule.

"I am hurt. I am hurt." He repeated, wing on chest. "Now we're not taking ANY breaks until we get to Goron City, got that?"

"W-What!?" I cried, breaking out of my trance. "Revali, now you're just torturing me!"

He laughed evilly. "You're right~" He said. "Don't worry, you'll get a break...tomorrow night."

"...Fine." I muttered, furrowing my eyebrows. My eyes widened when I realized something. I smirked and lied down on Ares' back, closing my eyes, a smirk still on my face.

"What are you doing?" Revali asked.

"Taking a break." I said, falling asleep almost instantly on Ares' back. The last thing I heard was a scoff from Revali.

When I woke up, the sun was high in the sky. I was lying on the grass with a blanket on top of me. I looked up to see the horses tied to a tree and Revali preparing some food. I sat up, arching my back while stretching. I let out a yawn and he looked over at me. "It's about time you woke up." He said. "I was thinking about letting your food burn."

"Bully." I said, sticking my tongue out as I sat down next to him. He had a pan full of sliced apples sizzling over the fire. "Those look good."

"Yeah, I know, I cooked them." He said cockily. I rolled my eyes. "You know, someone walked by and..." He seemed to hesitate. "...said we'd make a cute couple."

My eyes widened, but I didn't say anything. Instead I felt my cheeks heat up. "...Really?" I asked.

"Yeah, then I told them I could never be with a simple moron." Revali said, glancing at me with a smile.

"Bully!" I cried. But before I could say anything else, he shoved a slice of fresh apple. I furrowed my eyebrows, trying to scold him with my face.

"Sorry, I can't take you seriously with your mouth full." Revali said, but he was smiling. Genuinely smiling. I felt my heart pound as I almost choked on my apple. Was this real? Do I have a crush on Revali? But...could there possibly be a chance that he might like me back...? "Anyway, let's eat this. Eat as much as you want, I'll be right back." I nodded as he picked up a bunch of apples, taking them over to Aurora and Ares. I stared at the ground blankly as I ate my apple slices in silence. While Revali fed the horses, I tried piecing these feelings together.

I have a crush on Revali, I guess there's no point in denying that anymore. But even then, Revali probably doesn't like me. We argue and banter like friends, which is probably how he views me. But...is there anyone he might have a crush on? I thought about the game. No, I don't think there was anyone Revali really showed interest in at all unless it was a Champion. Urbosa? Probably not. Mipha? No, she liked Link. Link? Definitely not. Daruk? They didn't really show too much interest in each other. Zelda? She was a princess, but Revali never showed her any of that kind of affection towards her. I rubbed my forehead restlessly. Was there someone else? There had to be!

"What do you have on your mind?" Revali asked, sitting down next to me.

"Revali..." I started, thinking about my words carefully. "...have you ever had a crush on anyone?"

"A crush?" He asked.

"You know, liking someone more than just a friend?" I said, looking up at him hopefully.

"Oh..." He said, staring into the fire. "Well..." He took a quick glance at me, but kept his eyes on the fire. "Yes, but only once."

"Once?" I asked. "Do you...still like them?"

"Well, uh..." He stammered. "Yes, I do. They aren't the kind of person you can stop loving so easily."

"Oh." I said, pausing my eating. "...Am I allowed to ask who it is?"

"Absolutely not." Revali said proudly. "Who knows, maybe one day you'll find out. But today is not that day."

"C'mon, Revali!" I whined, lying back down on the grass. "Pleeeease!"

"Your pleads mean nothing to me." Revali said, looking back at me. "Finish eating your food, or else."

"Or else what?" I asked, holding up my apple slices.

"Or I'll eat them." Revali said, looking at my apple slices. I raised an eyebrow and he plucked a slice with my hand, popping one in his mouth.

"Hey!" I cried.

"Finish them or I will." He said, reaching out for another, but I quickly shoved three in my mouth. He laughed as I chomped on all my apple slices. "We should make it to Goron city in about a day. So eat up, because we are not going to take another break." He laid down next to me, staring up at the sky. "The grass is itchy."

"No it's not." I said, immediately making angels in the grass. "Maybe it's just your feathers?"

"Or maybe it's just your overall vibe that's making me itch." Revali said.

"Bully." I said, folding my arms. Revali just laughed and I ended up joining in anyway.
