33. Lutteo - Beside me

-----5 years and 4 months after the end of season 3-----

Luna was pacing around the changing room like a nervous wreck. Matteo was on stage and that day they were going to announce that they were expecting a baby. Luna and Matteo were both very proud of two things. The first one was that Luna was already in 7th month of pregnancy and their little Giulia was healthy and active. The second one was that they were smart enough that the paparazzi didn't notice it.

Luna carressed her big baby bump once again and smiled when Giulia kicked softly. Luna immediately started to imagine how it was going to feel, to hold her in her arms for the first time. She knew that Matteo was excited of it as well.

Her thoughts were interrupted by Matteo's voice who called for her on to the stage. Luna had grabbed the microphone and headed on stage with adrenaline circulating through her veins. But as soon as she spotted Matteo's loving smile, all of her fears dissapeared and she felt only the special magical bond that was formed of love, passion and trust between the two of them.

She heard Matteo saying. "As you probably know, this time I'm not going to tour around the world and this concert is the first and least." The fans screamed unhappily.

Matteo said. "I'm sorry, but I can expalin it to you. The love of my life, and my wife in one, Luna, is in the 7th month of pregnancy. I want to be there for her, I don't want to miss the arrival of our beautiful and healthy baby girl. We're both very excited."

Then he turned his shining eyes to Luna. "Please, welcome on stage my wife Luna Balsano! We're going to sing together the first song we've ever written together and it's Qué más da, because without Luna I'm just a half a man, half a husband, half a father." 

The fans let out happy "Awww" in unison. Matteo smiled and helped Luna onto the stage. She was blushing and smiling widely. She loved the way Matteo talked about her. Every time when he did this, Luna could feel her love for him growing up even more, so much that she wondrered if her heart wasn't going to explode of love.

Every note, every word they sang with so much connection and love for each other that the audience was sighing from excitement. But the two lovers were so into each other that they could barely perceive other people than the three of them, because Giulia was there too, but still in Luna's belly.

When the song ended, Luna and Matteo shared an magical kiss. Luna then whispered with a smile on her face. "I'll wait for you in the changing room." Matteo nodded.

When the show finally ended, Luna and Matteo headed home. Luna smiled. "Congratulations, Matteito, today you sang the best in your life." Matteo smiled amorously and looked her deeply in the eyes. "That was because you were beside me."

Luna just carressed his cheek. Then she put on the seatbelt and laughed. "We should really pick out a new car, Matteo. We can't fit into this sporty one."

Matteo nodded. "I'm working on it. I wanted to discuss with you this topic for a while now, but I always forgot about it." He started the car and headed on the road.

It took him a while until he realized that his wife was laughing at him. He asked, playing offended. "Hey, what are you laughing at, Mama delivery?" 

Luna giggled. "It seeems to me really strange that you forgot about something. I'm starting to think that I'm not the one who's always confused anymore."
