Chapter 35

Lauren's Pov-

I turned on my side to be cuddled up against a pillow. I sat up and searched the bed to find it empty. No Dani. No Val. Just me.

"Demi, wake up!" I said walking over to her. "Ally, Demi, please" Ally's eyes open first and looked around the room.

"Lo, it's to early" She mumbled when she noticed it was me.

"Al, it's Dani. She's not here" She sat up instantly and shook Demi till she woke up.

"What? You guys know I haven't been sleeping." Demi whined running her fingers through her blue hair. She sat up and kissed Ally's cheek.

"Demi, when I wake you up like I did, its because there was and still is a FUCKING EMERGENCY!!" Ally yelled causing the other girls to wake up. We have never seen this side of Ally, but there is a first for everything. It's just her motherly side coming out probably.

"Woah, what's happening?" Normani asked sitting up.

"Demi, Dani's not here." I said she instantly stood up looking around the hotel with the girls.

"Vals not here either" Demi said with so much stress in her voice.

The door opened and Val walked in with Dani right behind her. I jumped over Ally and ran to hug her.

"Don't you ever scare me like that" I said. "Ok, you could have killed me."

"I'm sorry Lo. I just went to get Ihop and got everybody breakfast, just to say how happy and thankful I am to have you guys" She said pulling away. I smiled kissing her cheek and grabbing her hand.

"Awe, you didn't have to do that Dan" Camila said getting up.

"Baby girl, next time wake one of us up" Demi said laying back down.

"But then it wouldn't be a surprise" Dani said throwing Demi the keys on her lap, and taking the bags from Val and walking over to the kitchen with me trailing behind.

"What ya got there" I asked taking her Starbucks cup and taking a drink. She looked at me to see if I liked it or not. "That's delicious"

"It's my favorite drink. It's a white hot Chocolate with extra whip cream" I nodded and sat the cup down so I can help her put the to go plates on the table.

"I'll go get the girls" I told Dani and called everyone into the kitchen.

After breakfast Demi decided for us to get a couple of boxes and help Val move her things into them. Her mom was pretty cool letting Val come along. I think we're all going to get along pretty well.

As we were all in Val's room, I couldn't help but notice Dani wasn't with us. I sneaked out the room and down the stairs to the uhaul truck that was parked in the driveway.

There, she sat on the floor with her knees to her chest and her arms wrapped around her legs. The box that she was suppose to place in the truck was next to her with a couple things scattered around.

I bend down and picked up a frame of two little girls with what seems to be there mom's. I sat on the floor and examined the picture. One of them looked like Demi when she was little, so I knew that was Dani and her mom.

"I miss her" I heard. I looked up from the frame and seen Dani looking at the picture with a small smile.  "It's Val and I. When we were little our mom's ment the world to us. They still do now. We never met our dad's, I guess we still don't plan to. I just wish I can have spent just a bit more time with Her than I did" she looked away grabbing my hand.

"Dan, no matter what, she's still going to be here with you. She left you with an amazing family that will care for you and love you as much as she did." I told her. She nodded taking the picture picture away from me.

"I know. But I didn't get to tell her about you. I wanted to tell her so bad" Her eyes began to water and she held them in. Her eyes turning a dark brown again.

There was nothing else to say. So I just grabbed her and hugged her tightly. She buried her nose in the crook of my neck and grabbed my hands.

That afternoon, Evan had invited us over to his house for dinner. He had promised Dani that their grandmother wasn't going to be present. It was just Us, him, and Ray.

"Aunt Dani? Are you going to stay with us again" Ray asked as he cuddled up to on the couch. I couldn't help but smile and stare at how cute They both look.

Dani sighed caressing the side of his face. She shook her head lightly and kissed him.

"I can't. I have to go with Demi. But I promise to come visit more often."

"Are you going with Her to. She's very pretty. What's her name again." Dani giggled at me.

"Her name is Lauren, and yes, she's very pretty" I blushed hiding my face behind Normani shoulder.

"I think you scared her" Ray yelled. Dani laughed uncontrollably.

"I didn't scare her, she's just blushing" Dani explained to Ray as her laugh Died down.

"What's blushing?" He asked.

"Something you will learn when your much older and I talk to the girl" Dani said. She looked at him and he nodded anyways even if he didn't know what the hell she was saying.

A/N: The chapters are getting a little stuckier. I think I need to stop writing for a bit til I get inspired again. I'm half way done with the next Chapter but it's not what I wanted. Sorry guys.
