Chapter 42

"ONE! HAPPY NEW YEARS" The countdown ended and I opened my eyes and the person who kiss me pulled away. They covered my eyes and kissed my cheek repeatedly.

This is so weird, I'm not pulling away.

"Guess who?" The voice made me happy that I swatted the person's hands away, to see if I was thinking correctly.

"Lauren! Lauren!" I said jumping up and Down with excitement. She laughed pulling me into her arms. "When did you, how did you..." She placed a finger to my lips.

"We planned to surprise you guys. The only person that knew about it was Demi" I looked behind Lauren to find Demi and Ally walking out of the house. Probably to get the kiss.

"Well I'm glad your here. I really missed you" I mumbled burying my face in to Lauren's chest. She wrapped her arms around me and kissed my head. "Where's the rest of the girls?"

"Well, you know who Ally is with right now" I nodded. "Normani is walking around with Camila around the house. And Dinah went looking for Val" I smirked to myself and looked at Lauren.

It was now two in the morning and majority of the people had left. Which was really good considering we had to stay up to clean the house. And shit it was filthy. I'm getting stress just by looking at it.

"Wanna go up to the room. We can go cuddle for a little bit" I nodded and pulled her up to my room. She laid next to me and wrapped herself to me.

"How was Christmas?" I asked as I played with her Fingers. I looked up at her to find her smiling down at me with adoration.

"Christmas was amazing, but it would have been better with you" I giggled kissing her cheek. Gosh, is it possible to miss someone this much.

"Lauren?" She nodded her head. "Kiss me?" She smirked slowly lowering her face towards me. She lightly brushed her lips against mine. I shuddered at the amazing familiar tingling feeling. She's being a little tease.

"You don't have to ask me twice" she whispered. Then finally we kissed, and properly. Without me wondering who the hell I was kissing or stressing out about stupid shit. I was finally kissing Lauren.  "So" she said pulling herself away. "What's your new years resolution?"

"I guess to change. Be somebody healthier and sane. Be more open to everybody" I shrugged. "What about you?"

"To make sure I stay with you no matter what, Help you through any obstacles you go running to" I sighed and cuddled myself closer to her as possible. "I dont want you going through anything by yourself. Ok? You have me And the girls to help you if anything" She kissed my nose and lightly pressed her amazing lips on mine.

"I love you" I whispered, scared to hear my voice crack. I had never loved anybody more than I have loved Lauren. She definitely has every ounce of my heart and practically my soul.

"I love you so much more babe" she carresed my face so gentle and kind. I felt like a baby getting hold by their mother for the first time. I know that might sound weird, but it was true.

"I have something for you" I stood up from the bed and went over to my desk. I opened the first drawer and took a small box out. "Now, these past months with you have been amazing. You've been there with me through my really tough times. Losing my mom was the worst thing ever, but you were there to tell me, everything was alright. That I had you, my new family, and the girls, and that my mom will always be there for me no matter what. I really needed that. This gift, is um, really special. I guess you can say its a really cliche gift, but its the truth. I have never gave anybody my heart, let alone soul to a person. So, Lauren, here" I handed her the box and watched her smile slowly fade. "What's wrong?"

"I didn't get you anything" I shrugged not really caring. All that mattered to me, was her happiness. That was the best present ever.

"Its fine. I think I can live without a present" She brightly smiled again and opened the box.

She pulled out the necklace and stared at it. It was a key necklace with a heart at the top. I took it from her and placed it around her neck, kissing her neck in the process.

"I have the heart, and you have the key" I pulled out my necklace from under my shirt and showed it off. "You have the key to my heart" She cupped my cheeks once again and kissed me so passionately.

"I. Love. You" she said kissing my face removing my glasses.

" And I love you"

A/n: guys, my New Years kiss was the weirdest thing ever, and probably the most embarrassing thing ever (Please don't ask). But so far My year is starting off amazingly awesome.
