Chapter 18 - A Nakatomi

SENA

"You got me fooled with the Sena Allister thing you told me back when I had you as my hostage."

Oh.

Nawala yung tensyon sa tyan ko dahil sa kaba sa kung anong sinasabi ni Austin na kilala n'ya raw ako.

Ibang pagkakakilala naman ang pinapahiwatig ng sinasabi ni Austin kaya hindi ko kailangang kabahan. Though it's something that only known to soldiers who have encountered me years ago, so it would be a shock to the new soldiers and trainees.

"You're not Sena Allister." Nakangising sabi sa akin ni Austin at tinaasan ko s'ya ng kilay.

Hindi nakatakas sa pandinig ko yung gulat na bulungan ng mga nasa likod ko. And for a moment, I pondered on leaving them to fend for themselves.

Kanina lang patili-tili sila sa takot kay Anthony at Austin tapos ngayon nakukuha na nilang pagtsismisan yung magliligtas sa buhay nila? Hayaan ko kaya silang mamatay?

Tatanggapin naman ng Lieutenant General na hindi namin nagawang protektahan lahat ng bagong soldiers at mga trainees na kasama namin.

"Speechless, are you?" Austin laughed and he started pacing around with a cocky smirk plastered on his face.

"No. I'm just wondering why would you say that I'm not Sena Allister." Sagot ko sa kan'ya.

"The Allister Family line of Founders is long dead. It's the very reason why I had you as my hostage, especially after seeing General Gillies in that academy."

Ah, there it is. Sabi na nga ba. Maraming nag-iisip na patay na ang Allister Family. Well, not now unless we die. Tatlo na lang ang natitirang may Allister. Senri's mother, me, and my younger sister Veronica. The Allister Family line will end once the three of us die, which wouldn't happen soon.

"You even used that dead family's name to distract us from our goals. The last of the Allister's were killed in the ambush-"

"Too bad for you, we're not."

"Stop confusing the vampires by branding yourself as an Allister when you're a Nakatomi!"

Silence.

Nothing can be heard inside because of Austin's scream but that silence was soon broken by another ranting from Austin.

"I will kill the remaining Allister's if there's any, because that family destroyed mine! So save yourself while I'm still being nice, before my anger controls me!"

"That's if you can touch me, my sister, or my aunt." Sabi ko. "Sena Allister is my maiden name, I'm only using my maiden name because of General Nakatomi's orders."

"And I'm going to kill you." Dagdag ko dahil paniguradong kakalat na 'to.

Binilisan ko yung kilos ko dahil nakisali din si Anthony sa pag-atake. Medyo nahihirapan ako dahil sa suot ko pero matapos ang ilan pang pag-atake at pagdepensa, bumalik yung pagkasanay ko sa pagkilos sa red dress na 'to.

Dinaplis ko ng mabilisan yung blade ng katana ko sa palad ko at mabilis na nag-crystallize yung dugo ko sa buong blade. Ilang beses kong sinubukan na putulin yung ulo ng kahit isa sa kanilang dalawa pero naiiwasan nila agad.
