Chapter 33 - Bad Time, Good Time

I feel good.

Malinaw kong nakikita ang kilos nila at kahit gaano pa kaliit yung galaw nila. At kung kanina ay one-on-one, ngayon naging all out na. May iilang susubok na sumugod sa akin, sa kapatid ko, at kay Glen.

Pero kung hindi sila napupunta sa malayo, nagiging abo sila. One slash at their neck and their head drops to the grass and turns into a pile of ash.

The three of us took turns in attacking Nora, Greil, and Frederica the same way they tried sneaking in attacks while we're busy defending ourselves. However, we got each other's backs and we're used to battling with over ten individuals. We never expected them to fight fair even if they would say they want to just kill one of us all by themselves.

Hindi na rin kami nagdalawang isip na mag-wolf form dahil dinaig pa ng tatlong 'to ang tipaklong sa katatalon. Tinatayuan din nila yung invisible protective barrier at kinakabahan yung mga tao na baka masira.

Gusto ko sana sabihin sa kanila na hindi naman yan masisira, unless mamatay yung nag-cast o may mag-dispel, para mapakalma sila. Yun nga lang hindi ako makakapagsalita kung naka-werewolf form ako. At wala naman sa kanila na may Werewolf gene para maabot ko yung isip nila.

But I could clearly hear their shock when some of us assumed our wolf form.

We pounced and pounced but the three annoying Royals managed to slip away, although just barely. But I could smell their hesitation, that enabled me to trap Greil between the ground and my body in its wolf form after countless of pouncing later.

Muntik na ako umalis dahil sa naramdaman kong papalapit sa akin pero nakita ko si Glen na lumundag at nakagat yung braso ni Frederica. Ilang metro mula sa pwesto ko, nakikita ko si Nica na parang nakikipaglaro kay Nora.

Nica looked like a puppy urging her owner to play fetch with her.

"Ate!"

Pasimple akong umiwas ng tingin sa kan'ya dahil narinig n'ya yung naiisip ko. Her growl of protest resonated in the stadium when she mentally complained about what I thought.

May naramdaman naman akong hapdi kaya napabitaw ako at nang tingnan ko yung left front leg ng wolf form ko ay may dalawang butas na pero nagsisimula na gumaling. Hapdi lang yung naramdaman ko pero si Greil ay sapo-sapo yung bibig n'ya.

"That hurt, you bitch!" Greil snarled like how a spoiled little girl would whine.

Bumalik ako sa human form ko at mabilis na in-utter yung nullifying spell para bumalik sa dating size yung katana ko. At sinwerte si Greil na maharang yung katana ko na babaon na sana sa bumbunan n'ya.

Nakakainis lang talaga ngayon marunong na mag-wield ng iba't ibang weapons ang Vampires. Mahirap na sila patumbahin, lalo pang humirap dahil natuto sila gumamit ng sandata. Kahit na mas magaling ang Ruby Soldiers sa weapon wielding ay napapatayan ng vampires sa bilis at instincts nila.

Unfortunately for these three, they came at the wrong time. Kung ipinagpabukas nila ang pagpunta dito, makakabalik pa sila kay Layton ng kumpleto. O kaya umalis na sila nang makita nilang magkasama kami ni Nica.

Nica and I might be the Hated Sisters of Ruby, especially before, but the members of the Ruby Imperial Army can't bear to kick us out. Fully aware how we can bring an end to the organization if we wanted to.

"Nora, get back here. Now!"

Napatigil yung tatlo sa pagkilos at kahit ako narinig ko yung boses na yun. 68 years ago ko pa huling narinig yung boses na yun, pero kilalang-kilala ko.
