I dozed off, too lazy to even climb under the sheets, my hand loosely clasping my beautiful pendant.

The morning was identical to the previous one - up bright and early, scarfing down a quick breakfast, and heading out to train.

While I burdened myself with pain, I realized I was doing better than yesterday. By the time training was over, I had made 5 and a half rounds between everyone. I sighed in relief, rejuvenated as I transferred everyone's pain back.

"After dinner, we'll be playing a game with both classes!" Mandalay announced at dinner. "Hurry and clean up! We'll be meeting here at dusk!"

And later, as it started to become dark, everyone was waiting at the tables.

"I'm so excited!" Mina cheered. I smiled. She is such a happy soul.

"You five won't be participating." A lowly voice said, as a scarf wrapped around Mina, Kirishima, Sato, Sero, and Denki. I gave him an apologetic look as Aizawa-Sensei dragged them off for extra lessons.

"Here's the game!" Pixie-Bob announced.

"Class B will be the scarers first! They'll hide along the path, as Class A walks in pairs on the path until they get back here. But Class B will try to scare them! And then, we'll switch!" Pixie-Bob explained. "Ragdoll will be at the mid point, so you'll know when you're halfway there!"

"Class B, go ahead and spread out along the path!" Mandalay said. They skipped off, some of them filled with giddy expressions. I shivered. The horror genre as a whole was not my forté.

"Nervous?" Shoto asked, bumping his bicep against my shoulder.

"Ha ha ha," I said uneasily.

"Just be my partner. I'll protect you, Princess."

I smiled. "Well of course my Prince should protect me!"

Shoto blushed, looking off to the side. Aw, he's so flustered!

"We'll be drawing numbers to see who's partnered with whom." Tiger said, holding a bag full with little strips of paper.

I picked a piece of folded paper and opened it. "I got 1."

"Damn, I got 2." Shoto complained. "I'll be just behind you."

"Um, (L/N)?"

I turned and saw my bird friend. "Hey, Tokoyami! What'd you draw?"

He held up his paper. "Oh, so we're a team!"

"Listen up everyone! The two people who drew the number one are first, followed by the pair with two, then three and so on. Who drew the number eight?" Mandalay asked.

Midoriya raised a small hand. "I-I did."

"Right, you'll be going by yourself. Who's first!?" She called out, ignoring Midoriya's panicked expression.

I sulked to the front of the path with Tokoyami. "This'll be fun." I scoffed, rolling my eyes.

"Do you not like scary stuff?" Tokoyami asked.

"I just don't really care for it." I said, crossing my arms. "Makes me nervous."

We started walking into the forest. The only sounds I could hear was our footsteps, the buzzing of insects, and an owl. The moonlight lit up the way, so we could still easily see where we were walking.

"Boo!"

"AHHHHHH!" I screamed, latching on to Tokoyami. The girl who had jumped out of a bush laughed.
