Disasterous

-Mari-
I woke up before anyone in the house. I had to avoid them, I threw on random leggings and a baggy shirt. I ran out the door and put in my earbuds. As I ran down the block, I turned the opposite direction of Liam's house. He probably wasn't awake but either way I don't want him to notice me. I stopped inside the Dunkin on the corner and bought an iced coffee. I sat alone and played on my phone. Skipping song after song. I walked out of Dunkin Donuts and kept walking in circles. I walked past Liam's house, almost sprinting. It was to late though. "MARI." I could hear my boyfriend scream from his front door. I stopped suddenly and cheekily smiled. "Liam." He then suddenly was in front of me. He planted a kiss on my forehead. "I see you have coffee?" He said looking at my half empty cup. I nodded. "Where you off to?" He sounded curious. I needed a lie and fast. "Just a walk. I got bored." "At 8a.m?" He sounded suspicious. I laughed weakly and he entwined our fingers. "I'll come with." Which was when I realized he was fully dressed like he was about to go somewhere. "You look like you were about to leave. Are you busy?" I tried to find a way to get away. "Nope I was about to come by you. Yet here you are." "shit dicks." I mumbled. Liam didn't notice. He led me down the street. I stood in the street walking along with him. I love him, I really do. Just today I'm to sad and I don't want to be saved. We stopped in a park and I decided to climb a tree. Liam followed me up though. He smiled as we went higher. Then I stopped and sat on a branch. The branch was weak though. I thought it could hold me up.

I watched as she fell out of the tree. I was numb. I tried to catch her but the branch broke and down she went. We weren't very far up. Yet when she landed her head bounced back and I could almost feel her pain. I jumped down and called an ambulance. They brought her to the hospital and immediately tried what they could. I sat there crying, she looked peaceful though. She looked like an angel who broke her wings. Carter and Kat showed up but they stayed in the waiting room. Lucy then came alone. Everyone was crying, everyone was hurt. Yet Mari's mom, stood there in shock. She wasn't crying. She looked broken, she almost lost her daughter. "Well, she is in a coma. She may wake up. May not. We could give it time. Or we could just let her go." The doctor said. My heart broke in half. "We'll give it time." I choked out weakly. Mari's mom covered her face with her hands. Kat buried her face into Carter. Lucy stood next to mom. I watched at Carter comforted Kat. He rubbed her back and he cried with her. Kat was squeezing him, sobbing. I went into the room where Mari laid. She was still, barely breathing. I watched the heart monitor, slowly becoming more and more afraid for when it would stop. I just want my girl to wake up. I held her hand in mine for a moment. She was ice cold. Tears poured out of my eyes. I laid my head on her leg. "Mari, please come back. I need you." I whispered into the dead air. I knew she wasn't coming back just yet. She'll be back though. I have faith in my babe. Kat walked in next to Carter. Her fingers were entwined with his. She stood almost behind him as they slowly moved towards Mari. Kat sat down and let go of Carter's hand then took Mari's. "Beauty, whatever you're dreaming of I hope it's wonderful." Her voice cracked. Carter sat next to her, watching her. "Marilyn, we'll be waiting." He said with a sigh. Kat broke down again and Carter dragged her out. "C'mon princess." He whispered to Kat. Lucy then walked in. Automatically breaking down. "Marilyn Elizabeth Lynne. It is not your time baby girl. Come back." She sounded broken. Mrs Lynne stood in the room now. She was crying now. She didn't say anything. She sat in the chair next to Lucy and held Lucy's hand. I stood there. Not moving a muscle. Nobody really noticed me though, just little Marilyn. Delicate, Beautiful, Marilyn. My one and only. My princess.
