Today's a Sunday meaning no wrok. Theo slept in, I don't know why or how. When I go downstairs, I finf Hermione asleep on the couch wearinng the same clothes she had last night. I make breakfast for myself, trying to be as quiet as possible. But I drop a bowl which crashes to the floor.
Hermione sits up looking groggy and asks "Mom?"
"Good Morning sweetheart! Sorry to wake you up." I apologize.
"It's alright. I probably should get up now anyways." she gets up rubbing her eyes and goes up. Just as I finish making my omlete, Theo comes down.
He walks over to me and puts his arm around my waist and rests his head on top of mine. I sigh and lean back into him. Keeping his arms around me, he sits down on the seat next to mine. He starts eating my breakfast. I smack his hand away, making him drop the toast he's holding.
Laughing I kiss him. But I pull away as soon as I hear Hermione come down. She's looking glum.
"Do you want me to take you to the hospital?" I offer. She just nods.
When we park in the parking lot, I see Liam coming. Hermione jumps out of the car and runs into his open arms. I smile at this because I know that they really love each other. I get out of the car and lock the doors.
They don't seem to notice me when I walk past them, considering the fact that they're deeply engrossed in themselves. I walk to the information desk and ask for George's room number. When I find the room, I knock on the door. Ruth opens it. Her eyes are red and swollen. She probably surprised at seeing me here.
"What do you want?" he asks standing in the doorway.
"I just wanted to see how George is doing." I say soothingly.
"Go away!" she says softly.
"Sorry? But why?" I ask taken back.
"Because if you and Theo had never gotten married, that daughter if yours wouldn't have been born and my son wouldn't be in comma!" she spits the words at me like venom.
"I was concerned for him thats why I came. Like before Theo and I will stick to out decision about this being his own fault." I reply rather rudely.
With this I turn on my heel and stomp down the stairs and out of the hospital.
