Antidote (Final!)

Lui's POV

"Of course I will, you just have to follow me. While waiting here I was thinking of a plan. It's kinda underwhealming but from the limited time we have and lack of equipment we can't do much."

Everyone looked at me expectantly, even Craig turning his head slightly. "Ok, so the plan is for me to distract the guards by confessing what Ohm has been doing all this time. I mean it doesn't matter to be loyal right now from the situation-"

Ohm sighs at me and looks at the floor in guilt but betrayal. "While doing that you guys will sneak in to the lab and grab the formulae as soon as possible. Make sure to be quick however, we don't know how much longer Craig will last. And Tyler you know the main area of the lab right?"

"I mean I've been there like once or twice so I guess..." Tyler sighs, looking back at Craig who was laying in his arms.

"Alright, so with this part I need you to use your common sense. When you think it's best to move make sure to stay as low as possible. And when you reach the lab look for a metal vault in the wall, hopefully they haven't cracked it open yet. And there should be orange and pink syringes inside of it. I made sure to make them just incase. And the code is 28134... Got it?"

Everyone nodds, looking at me with hopeful eyes. I take a deep breath, stading up and looking over to the entrance where a few guards where waiting. I look back at them one last time. "Good luck."

I start walking towards the entrance, the guards not noticing me at first. I walk closer and closer, until one of them spotts me and aims his gun at my head. "THIS IS PRIVATE PROPERTY! LEAVE NOW OR YOU WILL BE COMPROMISED!!" The guard yelled towards me.

I lift my arms above my head. "I worked here! I have some things to confess.."

Tyler's POV
'28134... 28134... 28134.' I repeat in my head in hopes of remembering it.

I watch the guards closely, marking when all of them focus onto Lui. "Alright lets move." I whisper.

I stand Craig up, wrapping his arm around mine. "C'mon bb, we can do this." I tell him with hopeful eyes, he looks at me with bags under his eyes. God he looks awful...

We make our way towards the building walking up to the fence gate. But there was a piece of wood locking it in place. "Damn, what are we going to do now?" Delirious growled.

Marcel looks at Craig, sighing in guilt. "Craig, do you think you can squeeze between those bars and remove the wood for us?"

I glare at him before feeling Craig let go of me. "Craig don't do this, your not strong enough..."

"It's ok Ty, I will and can do this." He slowly shifts into fox form, taking a few seconds to compose himself afterwards.

He squeezes through the bars, shifting back afterwards. I hear him whimper loudly. "Craig stop, we can find another way around."

Craig ignores me and starts pushing the wood out of the way, his weak arms failing him slowly. When it's off he grabs onto a leadge. I open the gate and rush to his aid. "Bb turn into a fox one more time, I will carry you." I say, looking at him.

He whimpers in pain but slowly does it anyway. Everyone hearing a bone crack in the process. When changed I scoop him up in my arms. I hug his small frail body, as he looks at me with painful eyes. I felt like crying...

I push the door open, looking around for any other presences. I clutch Craig in my arms, feeling his prickly fur brush on my neck. 'Oh god, not this place again.'

Evan pushes next to me, nodding reassuringly. I block the nasty images in my head as I take the first step in while the others follow. "Do you think anyone is in here?" Evan asks me.

I listen, hearing faint footsteps in the distance. "Guards most likely." I reply, glancing at Evan.

Evan turns back towards the others. "Are you sure you guys want to come with us?" He states, everyone glaring at him.

Delirious wraps his arm around him. "Where ever you go, I go."

Everyone nods, agreeing with Del.

"Alright, we don't have much time, lets be quick." I state, glancing at Craig who was stiff.

"C'mon bby, stay with me." I whisper in his ear softly.

We start to sneak towards the stairs down to the basement. 'Where is everyone?' I wonder.

We walk through the doors, my eyes watering when I see the cage I was trapped in for months. "Alright everyone start looking for the vault." Evan orders, everyone splitting in search of it.

I set Craig ontop of a metal counter. Looking into his dry hazel brown eyes, he looks back at me. His eyebrows furrowing. I suddenly lose feeling in my legs, crashing to the floor. "WHAT THE FUCK?!" I yell, standing up straight away.

I see everyone including Craig staring at me in shock. Panic starts to fill me. 'What was that?'

I push past Marcel, looking around for the vault. I push over books, beakers and equipment making is smash on the floor. "I've found it!" I say, looking at the keypad.

I type in the numbers '28134' on the keypad, hearing a switch click. I open the door, a flood of relief going through me when I see both inside.

I quickly snatch both, running towards the group who where crowding around the table. "Craig... I've got them, just hold on." I say, placing him on the floor. And me kneeling beside him.

Everyone crowds around , me grasping the orange needle in my hands. Just befor-

*BOOM*

The door gets smashed open as the police come raiding in. "EVERYONE HANDS ON HEADS!!" A cop yells, aiming a gun at us.

Followed by 10 others with rifles or pistols. Everyone puts their hands on their heads. Including me.

My heart starts beating frantically, I look down at Craig. Seeing his small head rest on the floor in defeat. I feel my hands tighten in anger. 'I can't let this happen, I-I'm sorry.'

My hands shake, still clutching the antidote. I breath in through my nose.

I quickly
stab Craig with the Syringe getting as much fluid in as possible before hearing.

*BANG*

All was black.... until I heard.

"You thought you could get rid of me Tyler?"

'No way.....'
