I insisted on Taehyung that we need to go. I really have that sudden bad feeling about Jimin. He's not answering my messages and calls and that's very unusual for him.

I opened the door to his apartment and in utter shock. I found Jimin bloodied and slumped on the floor.

"Shittt! Jimin!" I screamed and tears fell from my cheeks by the sight of him. My whole body shakes in horror.

"Don't touch him Jin. Don't move him. He may have broken bones." Taehyung said calmly.

I just cried. I keep on calling his name and asking him to wake up. He's not moving. "Tae... Tae what happened..." I'm asking for something that even Taehyung didn't know how to answer. I know I'm just too petrified of what I just saw.

Taehyung is calling an ambulance while patting my back. "What happened to you Jimin?" I cried out. He is literally unrecognizable. His whole face is bloodied.

Taehyung holds my hand as we wait for the doctor. Jimin is badly beaten. By the looks of him when we found him, the attacker surely was very furious.

"Is it Namjoon, Tae?" I asked, in between sobs.

"There's no other person who is capable to do this than him." Taehyung paused for a while. "I saw blood on Namjoon's top earlier."

I gasped. I didn't notice that. "So he did that early this morning?" My poor Jimin. "But why? What did Jimin do for him to deserve that? Jimin is a very gentle person."

Taehyung looked at me as if wanting my attention solely for him. "Jin, I bet Jimin did not tell you this. Maybe he's afraid you will look at him differently. We all have trust issues after what happened and Jimin must be protecting your friendship with him. As I said earlier, Namjoon lured him to speak although he did not say the truth."

"Namjoon threatened Jimin that he will kill you and his family if he will not tell him about your whereabouts when I drove you away from the mansion."

"Jimin made a confession to me telling me that Namjoon has been blackmailing him. I don't know if Namjoon already has a clue that I already know that it's him but by the looks of it, he still doesn't know. He's still eyeing at Jungkook earlier. He wanted to pin Jungkook."

"But why me? What did I do to him?"

"Don't worry Jin, we will sort things out. By now, I can feel that Namjoon wanted me to throw Jungkook away and take away all his rights in the company." Taehyung picked up his phone and dialed a number. "Yoongi keep your mouth shut. Jimin was beaten by that traitor beside you."

" Now, bring that mother fucker nanny to me. I want her today in my apartment... Give Jimin's family a group of security. Tell Hoseok to bring Taejin to Busan now. Namjoon is starting to move. Stay there and act like nothing is happening. Make sure that Namjoon will not have a clue that we already found Jimin. And call Starr and tell her to go to my apartment."

Everything is so fast. I can't understand what's happening. And why all of this are happening. I wonder what's Namjoon's motive for him to do all of this shits. He beat Jimin to the point that he's unrecognizable then he wanted Taehyung and Jungkook to fall apart. What's wrong with that guy?

But wait. "Wait for Tae... Why Starr?" I asked. I know I should not be jealous and it's purely business but why her?

"I'm not really into beating a woman Jin," Tae answered and I suddenly felt guilty.

"B-but I beat her up," I said, feeling ashamed.

Taehyung laughed. "You're just jealous that time and it's okay. If I will beat that nanny, I might kill her before she can even talk."

I stared at him. I want to hear more. She's the only person that made me feel extremely jealous and insecure. She's very pretty, I have to admit that. Her sexiness is beyond compare. I won't be surprised if Taehyung falls for her.

Taehyung breathes out. "Babe listen to me. Starr is just working for me. I have no feelings for her. May it be like or anything sexual. She's a stripper detective. As weird as it may sound but that's her."

I know I should be thinking about Jimin now but that woman really does something in my heart. I did not realize that I'm already crying.

"Please don't cry, babe. You can come with us if you want. I will let you witness everything. But please, trust me. Starr is nothing to me. If I really want her, I would have taken her seriously long time ago."

I took a deep breath. "This will be the last. Can you promise that?"

Taehyung cups my face and gives me a soft kiss. "This will be the last because I'll make sure Namjoon will pay for this as soon as possible."

"Are you going to kill him Tae? But he's your best friend."

Taehyung holds my hand. "Jin, does it seem ironic that the person I trust the most, my best friend, is the traitor in my group? I don't know what will happen when I face him. I cannot guarantee anything by now."

Taehyung, just how I knew him when he is unbelievably calm and composed, he's thinking or planning something extremely dangerous. He is the best example of the calm before the storm.

But then, the doctor came. "Good afternoon Mr. Kim. I'm sorry to meet you again in this situation."

"How's Jimin?" I asked. I cannot wait to know his condition.

"Mr. Park is stable but still unconscious. He has lacerations on the face. Luckily, he did not sustain any major head injuries. He sustains a broken cheek. He needs to undergo an operation. We need to put small metal plates and screws."

"He also sustains cracked ribs and a broken arm. We will monitor his status overnight."

I sighed knowing Jimin is okay. I did not listen to other information that he said. Mostly about the procedures that Jimin will undergo in the next few days.

I am thankful Namjoon did not kill him intentionally. But I am bothered now that Taehyung is also moving and doing something to fix the problem.

I'm scared for Taehyung. For my life. For his life.
