Chapter 14

[Y/N]'s POV:

I stormed out of the room, the mysterious boy followed me,

"Hey, [Y/N]'s was it?" he asked, taking my hand and pulling me into a hallway,

"Yeah, sorry you had to see that," I muttered, looking at the floor,

"That kid had a point you know," I looked up at his black eyes, "I mean, you don't even know y name."

"Well then, introduce yourself," I said, not wanting to talk about Todoroki, 

"It'll be my pleasure," he said, giving me a crooked smile, "my name is Yo Shindo and I go to Ketsubutsu Academy." He took my hand and kissed it. I giggled,

"So formal Shindo. Guess I'll have to introduce myself as well. I am [F/N], [L/N], but my friends call me [Y/N]." I said smiling.

"Well, I won't call you that," Shindo replied.

"What?" I asked, confused. Did he just reject my friendship?

"I would much rather call you babe," he said huskily. I looked at him before I burst out laughing. I continued to laugh for another five minutes, clutching my sides. Shindo was looking at me like I was insane, 

"W-What?" he asked, for once, he seemed nervous,

"That was just so smooth!" I cried, still laughing, "aw man, that was great." I finally finished laughing. I looked over at Shindo, his confident aura was gone, his cheeks were flushed and he fiddled with his fingers,

"Look, I know that that was a bit... forward. But I'm serious, [Y/N], I want to get to know you better," he said seriously. I looked at him, not sure what to say. He reached out, cupping my face with his hands, he leaned in closer, closing his eyes. 

Is he going to kiss me? I thought. Why aren't I stopping him?  Subconsciously, I too started to lean in, but an explosion sounded before our lips could meet. I turned my head towards where the noise came from. Shindo sighed and rested his head on my shoulder.

"WHERE THE HELL ARE YOU DUMBASS!" I could hear Bakugou yell.

"That's my cue," I said, turning to leave, "it was nice meeting you Shindo!" I turned and waved, suddenly, Shindo grabbed my wrist. He pulled me to him, placing a hand on the back of my head and planted his lips on mine.

My eyes widened and he pulled away. He leaned forward and pressed his forehead to mine, he continued to gaze into my eyes. He flashed his crooked smile before kissing me again, slower, and deeper this time. I closed my eyes, smiling against his lips as I started to kiss back. I was about to part my lips when a loud and obnoxious voice rang out,

"WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON HERE?!" I broke the kiss and jumped away from Shindo. Bakugou was storming down the hallway. His eyes burned with pure rage, fortunately, they weren't directed at me, unfortunately, they were glaring at my new friend.

"Hey Bakugou, what are you doing here," I said, stepping in front of Shindo, "Are we leaving or something?" he ignored me and pushed me out of the way with ease,

"What the hell do you think you're doing to [Y/N] you damn extra!" Bakugou growled, grabbing Shindo by the collar.

"I don't see how that's any of your business," Shindo said calmly,

"Well, it is my god damn business-"

"How?" interrupted Shindo smirking. He was taller than Bakugou, so he simply looked down at the angry boy with an amused look on his face, Bakugou didn't respond. Instead, the ash-blond let him go, grabbed my hand, and dragged me down the hallway. I looked back at Shindo and mouthed sorry. The boy shook his head and smiled, call me, he mouthed back. He pointed to his pocket before turning and disappearing down the hall. I quickly pat my pocket with my free hand and felt a small piece of paper. 

That smooth bastard. I smiled before extracting my hand from Bakugou's. He turned, his eyes still blazing.

"What the hell was that Bakugou?" I demanded, crossing my arms,

"I should be asking you that question dumbass. Why the hell were you two kissing? You just met the guy!" the hedgehog spat,

"Since when is it illegal to kiss someone?" I retorted. Bakugou growled but didn't say anything, his hands seem to be shaking, "Bakugou, are you okay? What's wrong? Your hands are shaking." He quickly stuffed his hands in his pockets and huffed,

"I'm fine, idiot." He said, his voice seemingly back to its normal angry self.

"You need to come up with better insults you boomer..." [ok boomer... sry] I chuckled softly as I looked at the floor, not sure what to say. The embarrassment of being caught kissing Shindo by Bakugou had just set in and I could feel my cheeks heat up.

"D-Do you think-"

"Don't worry pest, I won't tell anyone about this, okay?" the ash-blond mumbled, I met his ruby eyes,

"Promise?" I looked at him, he sighed at my doe eyes,

"I promise, okay? Let's go back before they start suspecting shit." I looked at him gratefully before nodding,

"Yeah..." we walked back into our karaoke room, Mina and Jirou were singing, everyone else turned and stared at me. Todoroki started to walk towards me but I brushed past him coldly and walked up to Kirishima, who was sitting on a couch. I collapsed next to him and sighed deeply.

"What happened to you?" Kiri asked playfully, "you look like shit." I laughed sadly,

"Yeah, I feel like it too."

"What happened, did that kid do something to you?" his voice suddenly had a protective edge,

"Who? You mean Shindo? Nah," I shook my head, my eyes focused on my two friends singing. Kirishima slowly draped his arm around my shoulder. I glanced at him quickly before resting my head on his muscular shoulder. "Thank you," I said quietly. 

Kirishima looked at the floor in between his legs and smiled.

Hey guys! Sorry there wasn't an update last week, I was traveling to see family for Thanksgiving. If I have the time, I might update this story again sometime this week, but no promises :)
