GOTHAM ACADEMY WAS the school for every single rich kid in Gotham whose parents, for whatever reason, didn't hire a private tutor. They all wore matching uniforms, smiling like they hadn't a care in the world, and showed off their newest expensive item or told a crazy story only rich people could tell. Disgusting. Skylar scowled at everyone she was, arms crossed as she leaned her back against a tree. Her hair was up in a high ponytail, her attire made up of mostly black, besides the dark forest green shirt she had, but of course, she had a black leather jacket on. Selina had influenced her pretty well.

Bruce stood by her in his matching uniform, his eyes focusing on finding Silver. He believed her, explaining how he did have a slight inkling that there was something sinister going on. Evidently the reason he was being so hellbent on finding remotely anything from Silver, was because he wanted to find out who killed his parents. She couldn't blame him. Still, he was being reckless and she was a little worried. A little.

He hadn't spoken much, keeping his attention on the cars dropping off kids. The silence was actually starting to bother her. Not to mention his idea was bothering her. It was simple and simple was not good in this situation. They needed an elaborate plan so Silver didn't go running for the hills straight to Galavan. The guy was in jail, but that wasn't good enough for her. And with Oswald still nowhere to be found, she still had no way to enact her revenge.

"You sure you still want to do this?" Skylar questioned, sighing as she put her hands in her pockets, staring off into the distance. "I mean, a knife to her throat might get her to talk." She shrugged a little at her own words, glancing over at him to see him not even looking over at her.

"We can't do that."

"Why not?"

"Cause it's illegal"

Skylar scoffed and rolled her eyes, hands firmly in the pockets of her skinny jeans. "Ironic, last I checked breaking into someone's safe was illegal." That got him, making him shake his head and look over at her. She smirked when she got his attention. "Didn't think about that now did you?"

He turned his body towards her, staring right at her, almost as if he were trying to compel her to believe what he was saying. "If there's even a chance Galavan knows who killed my parents, I have to take it. I told Alfred I have fencing practice after school to buy us some time if we need it." Then he looked away from her right as a guilt-stricken expression flashed across her features. "If you don't want to help, you can leave."
