You kept rereading the post Jade made on Instagram. The caption was one you never imagined you'd ever see her share.

You're on vacation right now for the holidays and she had someone take a picture of you two last night while you watched the sunset together. And she shared it just a few minutes ago and in the caption, she called you her wife.

You couldn't stop smiling. You didn't bother to read the comments, the post made you too happy.

You saw Jade sitting on the balcony outside of your hotel room as she looked out at the amazing view of the clear blue water just outside. You put your phone down and walked out to where she was.

You put your arms around her and rested your face on the warm skin of her back. You smiled and she giggled when she felt it against her skin. "Whatcha doing?" You kissed her back and delicately traced shapes on her skin with your fingertips.

"Nothing... wifey." She turned around when she heard that word leave your lips. "What'd you say?" She asked with a hint of a smile. "Thought it was only fair. You called me your wife in your Instagram caption." Her eyes went wide before she started to blush. She went to explain herself but kept stuttering over every word.

You laughed and wrapped your arms around her neck. "I didn't say that I didn't like it." You winked before you began to kiss her jawline. "Oh? You liked it?" You nodded your head and let your lips brush across her neck. "Yeah. I just didn't expect it, that's all. But I like the way it sounds."

Jade wrapped her arm around your back and gazed into your eyes. "Sometimes I call you my wife. Mostly to myself, but I've slipped up a few times around the girls before. But never over social media. I can't belive that I did that. I'm so sorry."

You laughed and shook your head at her. "Don't be. I already said that I like it." She tucked a strand of your hair behind your ear and smiled at you. "Think you sent your fans and the media into a frenzy though." She threw her head back laughing. "Probably. Just wait till the day that I actually marry you." She winked and turned back around to look at the view leaving you a blushing mess.
