"I love days in, and I love you"

You giggled as Jade's arm wrapped around your waist and pulled you onto her lap.

It's a rare but fun day in and Jade has decided for you both to do nothing but lay in bed and watch movies. You couldn't complain about it, there really wasn't any better way to spend the day.

The laughter coming from the sitcom on tv and the beat of Jade's heart filled your ears. You reached down and took ahold of her hand, lacing your fingers together happily.

She moved her other hand to your hair and began to play with it; twirling strands around her fingertips and smoothing some tangles out as she admired how smooth it felt.

She got too caught up in playing with your hair that she hadn't even noticed you had closed your eyes. The sound of your giggle caught her attention and she found herself smiling at the sweet and infectious sound.

"You're making me sleepy." She grinned and shrugged her shoulders, only continuing to run her fingers through the soft strands.

"That's fine with me. This is our day in anyways." She leaned down and kissed your temple.

"But I wanted to stay awake with you and spend our time watching movies." You pouted only for Jade to quickly, and adorably, kiss it away. "We have the whole day."

You knew she didn't mind if you fell asleep. She'd probably end up falling asleep too, anyways. And that's one of the perks of having days off; catching up on sleep and being with your loved ones.

And it wasn't like you could fight your heavy eyelids anyways. Jade didn't give you any choice but to give in to the sleep that was quickly coming over you, with the way her fingers ran through your hair and the way her lips pecked across your forehead.

"I love days in, and I love you. So much." She whispered softly as you started to drift off to sleep.

You smiled and murmured the words back to her before falling asleep there in her arms.
