Chapter Twenty-Nine

(Melinda's POV)

"Okay, so how amazing is this?" Gab asked while brushing her hair in the mirror. "Super amazing okai. Us bitches got us some hot ass boyfs." I laughed, making Gab crack up. "Forreal doe." Gab laughed. "But seriously, how likely was this to happen? Us actually meeting in person, let alone us actually meeting Vinny and Mikey? It's seriously crazy how life just works out sometimes..." I smiled. "I know right. Like honestly, I can't take how perfectly everything is going right now. I'm so, so happy Melinda. I could cry." Gab said, getting teary eyed. I laughed, because I started to too. Eventually, we both ended up sobbing our eyes out from happiness. The pieces were finally starting to come together for us. Hard work really does pay off....

(Next Afternoon)

It was here. It was time for us to leave. I sadly loaded my bag into Mikey's mom's range rover, and looked over at Mikey, who looked so sad, it broke my heart. I sighed, and went over to him, connecting our lips. "Please don't be sad. We'll get to see each other in like two weeks because of dance couture." I said, my lips still aginst his. He removed mine from his, and held me an arm's length apart so he could look at me. "but what about the weeks in between that Melinda? I won't get to see you for three weeks at a time... Do you know how hard that will be for me?" Mikey pouted, breaking my heart some more. I sighed, and pulled him into a hug. "I understand that baby. But, don't worry, okay? Everything is going to be alright, because we are the strongest couple in the world. And we love each other." I said. Mikey's eyes lit up at the word love, which made me smile. He connected his lips to mine, and pulled me closer. Damn, I'm going to miss this boy...
