Emma and Suho had spent as much as they could talking through messages, it was gonna be a little hard to deal with those six hours of difference between the two. At nine o'clock at night in Copenhagen when Suho ended up falling asleep because it was already three o'clock in the morning in Koh Samui and he spent the whole day working. Not long after Emma fell asleep on the couch, too. The girl's mother covered her up with a blanket and left the room with her father.
Emma turned several times but was uncomfortable. She sighs deeply and opens her eyes. She searches the couch for her cell phone, eventually finding it stuck between the pillows. Clicking the button and seeing the time she lets her body fall back, it was still so early. The girl gets out of bed ready to go up the stairs to her parents' room, she loved to sleep in their bed when they went out to work, when she heard the bell. She groans rolling her eyes and goes down the steps that she had already climbed, walking towards the door and opening. Emma froze for a brief moment.
"Can we talk?"
"We have nothing to talk about, Mason." Emma says ready to close the door but Mason stops her by putting his foot in front.
"We have everything to talk about. We're still dating, Emma." He answers by opening the door again and entering. Emma passes her hands through her hair and rolls her eyes.
"No, we're not." Emma says watching him close the door and approach her. She takes a step back.
"We are. You were nervous and you didn't mean it. What happened when you were on vacation meant nothing to me." Mason explains in a calm tone, taking a small step towards the girl. Emma laughs ironically and looks him in the eye.
"You have several problems Mason, one is thinking I'm stupid and the other is not knowing how to take no for an answer." Emma starts. "I broke up with you and I don't intend to continue this relationship." She crosses her arms.
"Please, Emma. You're breaking up relationship of years!" Mason shakes his frustrated head and grabs her arm. She slaps him in the hand making him let go of her arm.
"You cheated on me!" Emma yells. "Now, you made your bed, sleep in it!"
"It meant nothing! It was a mistake! I was drunk!" Mason tries to justify himself, Emma turns her eyes away from the conversation and sits on the couch.
"It's over between us." She repeats looking up.
"Why are you being like this? Did you already replace me? Is that it?" He asks by sitting next to her, trying to put his hand on her thigh. Emma moves away, she takes a deep breath.
"You're not gonna make me feel guilty when you're the one who ruined this relationship." Emma says, Mason sighs. She knew she couldn't say she fell in love with someone else. Mason was gonna play the victim and create confusion. "What I did on vacation I did with a clear conscience because I'm not dating you anymore." Mason frown.
"What is that supposed to mean?" He asks confused. "What you did on vacation?"
"It's none of your business, Mason. Are we done here?" She answers abruptly. Mason groans and gets up.
"I'm gonna have you back. If not today, tomorrow. But I will."
He says before he leaves her house. Emma lets her body fall, taking her hands to her face and sighs deeply. She could already foresee the confusion that would most likely happen when Mason finds out about Suho and when Anneliese finds out that Mason has come to her house to talk. Praying that Mason would settle down with Bethany and leave the relationship they once had. Emma gets up from the couch and drags herself into her parents' bedroom, finally lying on their bed and closing her eyes to sleep some more. But ruined plans. The girl's phone starts ringing. Rhea.

Kai had left the reception early, already making several plans about the next time he would see Anneliese, he was excited. He was already missing to see the blonde passing by the resort lobby all excited for another day of vacation and even to hear her complaining about something he did, and he really wanted to make this relationship work. He didn't want it to be another failure, because Anneliese had nothing in common with the other girlfriends he had.
He walked along the wooden path to the entrance to the beach bar where Suho worked and saw the boy in his apron waitressing; Kai walks in and sits down at a table ordering something to drink while he looks at the time. Suho's shift was soon to finish. His friend had already noticed him, so he tried to hurry as much as he could. The clock hit nine o'cloc and Suho leaves the bar, taking off his apron and enters the door that was reserved only for the staff. Kai had just finished his drink until he sees Suho coming out again, he gets up from his chair and greets him.
"Alright, what did you do?" Suho asks, Kai looks at him confused.
"What?"
"You rarely come here. I assumed you did something wrong." He replies.
"I am offended. I didn't do anything, but I needed to talk to you." Kai says by taking his wallet out of his pocket and taking a note from it. He drops the note on the table and starts walking Suho out of the bar.
"What's up?"
"I'm thinking about visiting Liz on Christmas break." Kai starts, Suho looks at him. "And I was wondering if you'd talked to Emma about it, so we can go together." Suho bites his lip.
"Oh, on Christmas break? I don't think I'll have enough money until there. Even if I do more shifts at the bar, it's still not enough." Suho sighs, putting his hands in his pockets. Kai stops walking and Suho turns to face him.
"I'm not going without you, Suho. I can pay."
Suho shakes his head several times refusing before answering. Kai has always offered to pay for both, which made Suho feel a little bad about it.
"No, no. If I'm going, I'll pay. You've helped me enough, Kai. I can't even repay you from all the times you've helped me so far. You go visit Liz, make sure to check if Emma's doing well, okay?"
"Suho, please. Let me pay this time." Kai almost begs.
"No, I can't." He shakes is head. "As much as I want to go visit Emma as well, I can't accept it."
"I'm not gonna stop bothering you until you accept." Kai warns the boy. Suho chuckles. "You want to see her, she wants to see you, I want to see Anneliese... Just this time. I promise I'll let you pay next time."
"I've known you for years. How many times have you allowed me to pay anything for you?" Suho asks crossing his arms. Kai swallows a dry one starting to laugh.
"That's not the point here." He responds by shrugging his shoulders and starting to walk again. Suho follows him. They walk to Suho's car.
"That's what I thought. Can't you really just tell Emma I'll go visit her when I have enough money? I'm sure she'll understand."
"Nop. You're coming with me. End of discussion." Kai shakes his head and he leans against the boy's car. Suho pushes him away from the car and rolls his eyes. Giving up.
"You're so annoying. Liz really doesn't know where she's getting herself into."
Kai starts laughing and Suho unlocks the car. The two of them get in and Suho drives to the resort to drop Kai off and go home. During the short trip, Kai kept annoying Suho, making him almost stop the car and tell him to walk, but he even laughed at what his friend said. Kai was all excited and ready to get to his room and talk to Anneliese to schedule the trips.
