It had been a few weeks since Suho had left his whole life in Koh Samui to stay in Copenhagen with Emma; since he was living with Kai and Anneliese in the spare room they had at home and they were more than happy to help him stay and since Emma very kindly asked her father to help Suho with the work that was the last thing that grabbed him back and stopped him from staying.
In those weeks, Suho both slept at Kai and Anneliese's house, or alternated, and went to Emma's house and then left with the girl's father in the morning to go to the car dealership. It was not long after midday, Suho was standing with formal black pants and a white shirt, a tie and his blazer was on the back of the chair by his desk, he and his co-worker were walking around the store. The boy would run his fingertips over the hood of a black BMW until he heard footsteps echoing in the store, he quickly looks back at Kai.
Kai greeted Suho's colleague with a smile on his face and a wave, he approached Suho and gave him a handshake. The night before, Suho had slept with Emma at her house so Kai hadn't had his chance yet to go and upset his friend. Besides, he was bored at home since Anneliese had already started working at the hospital with a little help from Emma's mother.
"Since you didn't sleep at home yesterday, I had to come and give you your daily dose of Kai to have a good day." He says rubbing his hands together, as he walks around the bmw that was behind Suho.
"My day was going too well to be true." Suho sighs looking at Kai. "You're out early today." He notices.
"It's not lunchtime yet and you're already hurting my feelings." Kai stops walking and looks at Suho with an offended look. Suho stands still in the same place as he follows Kai with his gaze.
"Anneliese went to work and I was bored at home." Kai says as he shrugs his shoulders and stops next to Suho again. His friend laughs.
"And you decided to come here to annoy me, got it."
"Is this how you treat potential buyers?" Kai asks, chuckling. "Where's Emma's father? I wanna talk." The boy looks around. Suho arches his eyebrow.
"Potential buyer?" Suho asks confirming what his friend said. "You want to buy a car?"
"I left my car in Thailand, and I miss it." Kay says. "So, yes. I was thinking about buying a car."
"Well, you have a lot to choose from." Suho shrugs looking around. "But I'm sure you're going for the obvious pick."
"You already know me."
Kai smiled at his friend and continued to see other cars even though the young man had already made up his mind. It had to be that car. In the end, he just made Suho walk around the dealership for fifteen minutes for pure fun. Suho guided Kai to his desk where they proceeded and completed the sale of Kai's new car. On the one hand, Suho was happy it had been a good sale and it would help his image at the dealership and in the eyes of Emma's father.
When they completed the sale, it was lunchtime. Suho's colleague had already gone to lunch, when Suho was accompanying Kai to the door and they were talking he saw his colleague coming back which meant he could go out to lunch. Kai looked at Suho ready to drag him to a restaurant, the boy went to his desk and grabbed his coat and came back to Kai. The two left the dealership and went to a nearby restaurant for lunch. They were both sitting down, finishing lunch when Suho looked at Kai.
"I won't be able to go home tonight either. I'm going to do something nice for Emma's parents. Remember to tell Anneliese before she threats to grab me by my ear and bring me home." Suho says warning his friend. "Speaking of her, how is she? Last time I saw her she wasn't feeling that well."
