It's not like things of much importance happened during the remaining months of college. Once Suho returned to Koh Samui, Emma had no choice but to go back to school and raise her grades in all the subjects she decided to neglect. On the positive side, she had Rhea and even Anneliese helping out.
After giving the house a month and leaving everything settled with the resort and the family, Kai packed his bags and travelled to Denmark to stay close to Anneliese, leaving Suho behind who, unlike Kai, could not let go of the life he had for something uncertain. He couldn't give up a job and house to go to a place where he had nothing.
Before Kai left, he slapped him on the back of the neck, threatening that if he took too long to join him in Denmark he would come back to pick him up by an ear. Suho laughed and accepted his friends' terms. They said goodbye and every day since then both Kai and Emma talked to the boy to see if he was okay. The boy wouldn't admit it, but his life without Kai bothering him almost every day was boring.
It was finally June, the month of graduation. The girls had their final months and Emma could finally breathe a sigh of relief for raising her grades. Emma's parents were still complaining to the girl that she had gone from a good student to a student who had to run out of time so as not to have to stay another year trying to finish her degree. The last exams were done, and a week later the grades were out. In general, the girls were happy with the results and all three had successfully completed the course.
To celebrate surviving all those years of college, Anneliese organized a dinner at home with the girls and Kai. The girl was putting the plates on the table with Emma's help while Anneliese had forced Rhea and Kai to stay on the couch and not move, like two small children.
"When is Suho arriving? Shouldn't he be here already?" Anneliese asks as she folds the napkins and places them next to each plate. "Tomorrow's the graduation..."
"The flight was delayed." Emma replies, sighing.
"When is he supposed to arrive now?" The blonde asks. The girls just set the table and went back to the kitchen.
"He doesn't know."
"That sucks. I'm sorry." Anneliese says putting her hand on Emma's shoulder.
The girls took the food to the table. As soon as Kai and Rhea smelled the food, they quickly got up and walked to the table. Rhea sat down next to Emma. Anneliese was still standing looking at the table to see if everything was okay when Kai hugged her from behind and gave her a little kiss on the cheek.

It was ten in the morning. Anneliese was already in college, with her black cape on and her square academic cap on her head, she wouldn't stop for being anxious and excited. She was talking to some classmates when she got a call from Kai, she answered the phone, confused, and guided him through college until he found her. Kai had left the house at the same time as Anneliese, but he didn't say where he was going. The blonde one was really confused. Even though Kai's been there two months, it's not like he knows the whole town. Neither did she. The blonde was leaning against a window when she saw Kai and Suho.
"I'm sorry I disappeared this morning, but I think you can see why." Kai greets Anneliese with a soft kiss on the lips.
"Yeah, thank you for the heart attack." Anneliese says, rolling her eyes and greets Suho.
"It's his fault." Kai says pointing at Suho.
"How was the flight?" The blonde asks, turning her attention to Suho. "We were scared you weren't going to arrive in time."
"It was chaos, I really didn't think I was gonna make it." He confesses.
"I'm glad you did though."
Suho smiled and the three of them decided to leave by going to the college yard. And, as always, Emma and Rhea were late. The blonde tried to contact the two girls but only got a response from Rhea who answered her phone when she was walking through the college gates. She looked just like Anneliese. A black cover and her square academic cap on her head, the difference was in the color of the ribbon attached to the cap. Anneliese's was red and Rhea's was blue, so was Emma's.
With ten minutes to go before the graduation ceremony began, most of the students who had already arrived had already gone to the auditorium. The four of them were outside the room talking until they heard rushing footsteps echoing down the hallway, which was practically empty. Kai turned back and saw Emma running with one hand grabbing the cap, she approached the group and smiled.
"I finish my degree the same way I started. Always late." She says greeting the girls and Kai.
"Was that supposed to be a surprise?" Anneliese asks. "I'm sure you were even late to your own birth." They all laughed and Emma wrapped her arms around Suho's neck, holding him tight.
"I know the lovebirds haven't seen each other in months, but we have a ceremony to attend."
Rhea says pulling Emma by the arm, preventing the girl from giving Suho a kiss. The girl poutes and enters the auditorium. Kai and Suho sat among the students' relatives and friends while the girls went to sit near their classes. Shortly after, the college principal took to the stage where he gave a long speech about how proud he was of everyone and that he hoped they would come out of there and succeed in their professional lives. After the long, boring speech, he walked away from the speech podium and let one of the teachers get to the front. With a huge sheet of paper, the teacher started calling students in alphabetical order and giving them the diploma.

The diplomas had all been delivered. The girls got together at the end and went to the boys, who in turn were accompanied by Emma's parents. Anneliese's parents could not make it, but they had called the girl in the morning to say that they were very proud of the girl and could not wait to see her again and Rhea's parents had not made it either, but her brother went and made sure he took the best photos to send to her parents and the worst to eventually make fun of her.
Emma's parents played the parents of both girls. After they greeted their daughter and gave her a hug and said how happy they were for her, they did the same with Anneliese and Rhea. The girls spent their lives at Emma's house, so they had seen their whole school journey there from high school. While Anneliese and Rhea were talking to Emma's parents, the girl finally embraced Suho. Leaving Rhea to talk to Emma's parents, Anneliese was pulled by Kai who hugged her.
"How many days are you staying?" Emma asks Suho. He swallowed a dry one.
"Only three days this time."
"What? No." Emma looks at him, confused. "Why?"
"We're having a lot more tourists now, they need me there." Suho replies, Kai looked at the couple and decided to get into the conversation.
"I thought you were staying here this time. Do I have to force you to stay?" Kai asks, holding Anneliese's hand and intertwining his fingers on hers.
"I wish. But I have bills to pay."
"Not that again, Suho." Emma says. "I already told you, you can stay with me for a while."
"I wouldn't feel well with that, you know it." Suho diverts his attention to Emma, and caresses the girl's cheek.
"What if you stayed with me and Kai?" Anneliese asks. "We have a spare bedroom."
"You and Kai are always helping me, and I appreciate it, but I don't feel good accepting more. Especially when I can't repay you."
"I'm not asking you for repayment." Anneliese replies. "You know we don't mind. Stop being stubborn and accept it."
Suho was going to answer when Emma's parents and Rhea approached the couples, Anneliese looked at Suho with a face like 'We'll talk later' and looked at Emma's parents with a smile. The parents invited Rhea, Anneliese, Kai and Suho to have dinner with them at Emma's house, an invitation that no one can refuse.
