Wanting to be Wanted.

Tess had encouraged me to get out of our dorm for the simple fact that mopping for these past weeks was unhealthy. She had told me there was a great ladies night happening at 'Lucky Strike' I honestly didn't want to.

"Isn't that a pub? Is there even a dance floor?".

"Oh my god yes and a lot of hot college boys! Whoever has you feeling this way you need to get an ego boost,I'm not taking no for an answer".

"Fine I'll get ready".

"Ah no I'll dress you up,let's make you the sexiest women who ever lived".

I saw the black spaghetti plunging v-neck strap tank top and denim navy skinny blue jeans with the thigh high boots and was nervous. For some reason Tess completed the look with a cross necklace.

"Is this a Buffy the vampire themed ladies night? I cannot pull this look off Tess".

"Not with that deflated hair,let's curl it!".

As she curled my hair and put some make up on and a sweet perfume on me and deodorant,obviously. I looked at myself and I loved it,I felt like a badass and my breasts looked amazing.

"Tess I look-".

"Sexy in every meaning!".

Once she lent me her red pleather jacket to complete it and I already had the black nails as a break up colour,I was feeling great and ready.Tess looked hot and we took her car to ladies night at 'Lucky Strike' and once we got there and parked I noticed eyes on me and Tess.

"Own it girl,you're  a fox".

"I love you".

"Same".

Tess made her way to the bar and I followed,we got stared at and I felt self conscious but excited by the attention.Maybe I could find a normal relationship one that wouldn't be as compromising as what I had with Derek.I missed him the minute I thought of him but I wouldn't be able to think much longer. 

"Is that Dereks step sister?".

"She looks hot".

"Highly fuckable".

"Out of your league".

"Oh yeah watch me".

I saw one of Dereks frat brothers approaching me and I tried hard to think of his name.I think it was Cody. It was hot in here but I guess that's the point,sweaty people get thirsty.

"Casey right?".

"Yeah and your Cody?".

"Yeah you look amazing tonight".

"Thank my stylist on the dance floor,Tess".

"I'd rather stay here if your ok with that".

"Sure".

"What do you wanna drink? A cosmo?".

"Can I have a vodka shot".

"Oh damn wanna talk about".

"Not here to talk".

So Cody ordered two vodka shots for me and him and then two more.I felt buzzed and wanted to dance so I took off Tess's jacket and tied it to my waist.

"Wanna dance?".

"Sure,lead the way".

Once we got to the dance floor the music blasting was a country song about revenge and a cheating ex.How she hopes he finds love so that he gets his heartbroken like he broke hers.I felt that on every level but I felt wrong,Derek didn't cheat.I was the one not being entirely honest. I could feel Cody's arms sliding down my arms and kissing my neck. He has one hell of a toned body. Couldn't I just let go for a night and forget this hurt. Would that be so wrong.

Cody was guiding my hips as our bodies grinded together.I could feel his whole body and he was touching my stomach while his jaw was on my shoulder. I was feeling hot and maybe it's the way we were dancing which was mostly dry humping because this was not dancing in all honesty.

"Wooo go Casey!".

I smiled at Tess who was having fun with the guy she was dancing with. What was wrong with wanting to be wanted I had been mopping and sad for so long I forgot what it was like to have fun. University life is supposed to be the best time of my life but other than school and protecting my messed up relationship with Derek,I hadn't really done much of the fun unless it was again at Dereks frat. Time for some fun of my own.
