"happy birthday!!" we all shout as lisa scrunches her nose and closes her eyes.
"thank you girls!" she says, clapping her hands as well. "i'm sad we can't be together,"
you hear jennie quietly trying not to sob, but still fails horribly. "unnie," i call her from our facetime call, "hajima."
"ya! park chaeyoung!" jisoo unnie calls me out, "don't hajima jendeukie, she's sensitive."
"no i'm not!" the girl squeaks.
"yeoreobun!" lisa claps to catch our atttention, "this is my birthday okay? i don't want you guys fighting over me." she flaunts her hair side to side making my heart go all ksjfjdkskz.
"you're too over yourself, manoban." jennie jokes, now putting on a filter to cover up her crying face.
"well, that's what happens when everyone's head over heels for you." she says, looking directly at camera. i wasnt quite sure who she was supposed to be looking at but i just assumed it was me.
"i hate you." i accidentally say out loud making jennie and jisoo unnie woo over our interaction.
"oh come on, park chaeyoung," jisoo unnie teases, "we know you love lalisa."
"i know that as well," lisa barges into the conversation, leaving me all blushing, not knowing what to say.
we stay there on call, waiting for me to say something until jennie knew what i was thinking. "okay everyone, stop teasing rosie and let's just greet lisa on instagram."
"first one will get free food!"
"from who?" lisa questions jisoo unnie.
"you!"
the two unnies quickly go off camera and most likely goes onto instagram to greet lisa a happy birthday. i was supposed to grab my phone and leave lisa on call but my phone vibrates, a text from lisa pops up on screen.
don't leave.
i smile to myself as lisa watches me on call. i realize she's just staring at me as i drop my grin.
my phone vibrates once again.
keep smiling. it makes me happy.
i look back at the laptop screen and see her face flushed. looking at me with her hoodie covering most of her head.

"i WAS FIRST LALISA!!!" jennie screams showing the camera her phone and the story she made on instagram. it wasn't even one story, there were multiple. "come on, i need extra points for that!"
