Mayse X Produce x 101

【 x1-ma 】

"please introduce the producer of x1-ma."

the blurred clip played on screen before cutting off to the trainee who gasps at the video being played. when the camera panned back to the producer clip, it showed the one and only, harper aka mayse son of nct.

"annyeonghaseyo harper iminda! i've been working on this since the producers of the show asked me to make their theme song for produce x 101. i hope you, the trainees enjoy it and will work hard to debut in the top 11~ fighting!~"

【 special judge 】

"we have two special trainers today," one of the boys' mentors commented as she introduced the trainees to the two judges. the trainee gasps as monsta x's jooheon and nct's mayse appeared with clipboards in their hands.

"annyeonghaseyo~ nct mayse iminda~," mayse kindly smiled and sat down in her prepared chair.

monsta x team

"i like the feeling," mayse silently commented to jooheon who nodded at her words. when the dramarama team finished their performance mayse couldn't help but give out a small giggle.

"you all did well," mayse gave the team a smile. "fighting!~"

nct team

"ooo~" mayse smiled as the two teams competing with nct songs entered the room and stood in line, bowing as they introduced themselves. "i like the song choices...very difficult songs, are you sure you can do it?"

"yes!" the trainees shouted confidently.

"ah that's right!" mayse laughed.

"sunbaenim, what's your favourite between the two?" lee jinwoo asked her shyly, bowing slightly.

"yah," mayse playfully yelled at him. "that's a forbidden topic," she pointed at him as the trainees laughed. "let's evaluate shall we?" she smiled.

seventeen team

"you're centre right?" mayse pointed at wonjin who nodded. "but why do i feel bored?" she tilted her head slightly. "if you're centre you should captivate everyone. cha, try again," she gestured as the boy sang the opening lyric.

"be louder," mayse directed along with jooheon who gave him directions to improve. "have confidence and be powerful, you got this!~" she cheered at him with two clenched fists.

got7 team

"let's start with team girls girls girls," jooheon stated as mayse finished fixing her hair.

"oh? i was going to say that!" she pointed out as she and jooheon high-fived. "as always, great minds think alike~" she giggles.

the trainee began their vocal evaluation. "trainee kang hyeonsu," she called as the boy looked up at her and raised his hand slightly. "your voice is really nice, especially the my look, my style, my swagger part, it was perfect," she gave him an okay sign with a smile.

【 the 7th sense vs boss 】

the 7th sense

"i feel like..." mayse began as she leaned in her seat. "i am not satisfied."

"honestly, mark oppa's rap is somewhat the thing that made our debut song incredible," she crossed her arms. "try again, be strong."

"ani. drag the sound out," mayse told the two trainees covering mark's rap part. "you need to think, 'yeah, i'm the coolest one here' that kind of feeling," she explained. "that'll give you the vibe that the song has, watch," the girl began doing mark's rap peacefully, the trainees awing at her. "like that."

"try it," she gestured to the boys. "that's it! practice it like that and you'll pull it off," mayse gave them a sweet smile. "i know this song is very difficult, even i had trouble with it when we first got it. but if you practice hard you'll be able to get it. fighting everyone!~"

boss

"don't you know ima~" mayse began as the trainees on boss team continued. "boss!" they cheered making her smile. "oh you're a vocal doing rap?" mayse asked as the boy nodded. "wah, fighting," she gave him a look as everyone laughed at her tone. "let's begin~"

as the boys sang, mayse only waited for the ending rapping section, her eyes turning to kim yohan as he began rapping his part. "aye!" mayse cheered as she leaned back in her seat, moving to the beat occasionally joining the rap out of habit. both jooheon and mayse were bopping to his rapping.

when they finished they all turned to mayse, one of the original singers of the song who had the biggest smile on her face. she applauded them like a child at a circus and gave them a thumbs up. "can i take them and debut them under my company?" she asked the staff, the trainees and mentors laughing at her words. "wah, i loved it so much. especially yohan."

"it's your first time rapping and you did so well, in fact, you all did," she gave them a smile.

【 u got it 】

when the concept songs were being shown to the trainees, the song, u got it's producer made everyone smile widely. "annyeong!~ that's right i'm back but this time introducing you to my future edm dance song u got it! i look forward to working with you~"

recording the song

"oh? seungwoo oppa, yohan oppa and junho are here?" she raised an eyebrow as the trainees piled into her studio in jw entertainment. the three named trainees smiled politely and bowed to her. "i expect good things from you three."

"okay so, i think wooseok-ssi has a good tone for i wanna give you the world," she started. "but i think with a bit more practice, junho will be able to hit it," she smiled. "i have faith that you all will make this performance legendary and win this round. i'll be cheering you all on, fighting!~"

【 dream for you 】

the trainees were throwing a small party for the representative of the show but they did not know about mayse coming to show them the song for the final. "what is going on here?" she asked walking into the room making the trainees gasp in shock. she laughed at their expressions. "annyeong, i'm the producer of your song dream for you!~"
