Waves - Dean Lewis (Acoustic)

_______

Jimin is staring intently at his brother, watching him read the familiar notebook with his hands rubbing in anxiety.

Precisely his letter.

He could see the disappointment and sadness in his dark brown eyes, how much it's impacting him as tears cascade down his cheeks until he finally closes the book and looks up at his younger brother with a heartbroken frown.

"J-Jimin...."

"Please don't," Jimin cuts him off, feeling his own throat grow scratchy to the memories of how he felt when he wrote that, "I just feel like it was right to show you..... How bad it was. I'm so traumatized now Yoongi."

His brother nods slowly, holding back his need to comfort his sibling physically due to the fact Jimin already mentioned that he can't stand physical contact.

Touching him would only trigger a negative response.

"This is traumatizing," Yoongi says, feeling the stabs in his heart to the tears whelming Jimin's eyes, "But I'm glad you got out of it. You didn't deserve this."

Jimin sniffles softly and lets out a heavy breath, "It's hard to even be in my own room without feeling disgusted with myself," He mumbles, squeezing his eyes shut, "I deserved this. Maybe I was fucking too many guys-"

"Hey stop," Yoongi says with a frown, seeing his brother go into a small heap of breathless stutters, "You shouldn't be looking down at yourself like this..... What about if you move out?"

This made Jimin snap his head up, eyebrows furrowed, "Move out?"

Yoongi slowly raised an eyebrow and nods, "Yeah. The semester is ending soon and you can get an apartment by the ones near here."

Maybe a change of scenery will help Jimin with his state. Be able to move past what he went through with a new beginning and not be paranoid about the fact that Joshua knows his location and would come barging down his door any minutes.

He's still trying to contact him.... Through email since Jimin blocked his number and sadly can't block his emails. He's desperate now, very desperate to get back together or just to talk things out.

Jimin doesn't answer.

He's too scared to answer.

More so, scared to be threatened again.

However Yoongi has already told him that he blocked Joshua's number from their parents phone, so that's not going to be an issue.

The thought of moving out felt like a puff of fresh air for Jimin, but then thinks about Jungkook. Believe it or not, Jimin did grow a strong friendship with the other and he didn't want to just leave him behind.

Especially to Yeosang, who has been nothing but patient with him since they literally met, despite being a little rude, but he was never rude to Jimin.

"I want Jungkook to come with me," Jimin says, rubbing his arms, "He's a good friend."

Yoongi twitches a smile to this, putting the notebook away, "I can tell. It's good to surround yourself with good people, and don't even think that you don't deserve that."

Now Jimin mimics his smile at him, almost reaching his eyes, "Thank you," He whispers lowly and lets out a heavy sigh, "You can come live with me too if you want."

"Nah it's okay. I already have my own place and my roommate already loves my company, even if he's pretty new," Yoongi snickers and suddenly bites his bottom lip, "What about the cutie with the peachy hair? The more people the less rent you have to pay."
