Let it Go - James Bay

It's been three years.

Three years since life was so fucked up for Jeongguk. Three years since Woosung passed away. Three years since his parents were sent to either prison or rehab. Three years of still living in his apartment with his three roommates, who are much more than just some friends by this point.

They're definitely a family now, in a way.

Three years of life completely changing.

The roommates did talk about moving out within that time, but only because they thought that since they're in their own separate relationships that they wanted some privacy. Clearly no one wanted that so they still stayed together, and probably will for a long time since kids isn't really something in the agenda to have.

Iodine and Segas have been running smoothly, especially now since the two leaders are engaged. Seems like Taehyung's mother grew a liking into the fierce queen of her own territory, so the two definitely built some chemistry while being in the business.

The friend group hasn't change, everyone is still close but just busy with their own everyday lives.

As for Jeongguk and Taehyung?

Well.....

What more can be said about them?

Still finishing up with the classes, their masters, moving onto their profession soon enough while partaking in small  jobs, they barely got time to spend with each other despite living together. If they do see each other, it's for a brief moment with either a muttered hi or goodnight, but not as close as they use to be before.

It's not that they're fighting, they're just busy all the time. The two got jobs, working on classes, it can be a bit too much sometimes to have a moment for each other.

And they're not the only ones going through it.

Yeosang is practically breaking his back maintaining his honors classes and grades at a steady rate. Surprisingly, well not really for Jungkook, he's really good with academics. He says it's like what he knows from the streets but more formal or detailed. It's something he finds joy in, learning and maintaining his grades high.

But with that means barely spending time here or having free time. He would usually study at the library at Campus or with a study group for this classes.

Jimin hasn't been minding it so much at first because the man definitely isn't around to want attention. Since he got an internship job working with a therapist and victims of domestic violence abuse, and that has been consuming most of his time. He goes to classes then goes to his internship, comes back late but stays up to do his homework that needs to be done and that's it.

The routine repeats.

That's the life mainly all of them are going through right now, even weekends have been a suffocation of studying or working.

It has grown to the point that it even felt weird seeing each other for more than an hour, that's how much they haven't been around each other's presence.

As for Jungkook and Taehyung, their relationship is still going. Even if they're not so around one another, they still make sure to send each other - at least once a day - a motivational text message to keep on with their day. Sometimes when they have time they get into a conversation, but with one text it's usually enough to keep their day bright.

Meanwhile...... Jimin and Yeosang kinda broke it off.

Not break up but more like taking a break.

Despite it being more than a year now.
