Jungkook has officially stopped processing anything that's happening from this moment on out.

He's frozen, completely frozen with nothing on his mind, let alone with the energy. A fight to breathe is pointless now as the pile after pile of shock and pain stacks up against each other to the point only with a simple nudge and he's going to explode.

His father, the man he's been running away from for months, is right in front of him.

In his home.

Looking exactly the same.

That sneering glare is still there, just like when he was a kid.

The flashbacks never felt so bitter until it stormed so sudden against his face.

Leaving him completely paralyzed.

"What the fuck are you doing here?" Taehyung suddenly snarls, standing in front of Jungkook in defense, "Get out."

So they do know each other.....

I-It was real.

And what's even more real is the Segas tattoo planted right on the back of Taehyung's neck, meant to stay hidden. Clearly Taehyung has tried to cover it up with other beautiful designs but.... It's still there.

Jungkook has been so blind.... So fucking blind.

Taehyung is..... Segas.

He knows his father.

"Stay out of this kid," Mr. Jeon growls in annoyance, taking a step closer but then suddenly smirks knowingly, "Or more so, your highness."

And to Jungkook's horror, his father bows at him, forcing the knot to curl in his stomach to the point he wanted to barf all over the floor.

Taehyung is..... He...

Segas.... It's to Segas...

Jungkook is raking his head badly to wrap around all the information but he can't.... He can't deal with..... There's too much happening at once!

He wants to scream!

But he can't move.

Only let the punches roll in, and letting it destroy him.

Only staying behind the glass in front of him, letting the ropes tie his body down.

He can't do anything, only watch yet it feels like he wasn't even connected to his body anymore.

"I'm not the heir anymore," Taehyung scowls bitterly, "I told you that our deal was through. There's no reason for you to be here."

The same crew who's been killing their family, and who has tormented Yeosang while Jungkook was away.

"Oh but there is," Mr. Jeon ventures, looking directly at Yeosang with his serpent eyes, "I came for my sons. You may have returned the money, called it quits, but I still stick to my end. Besides, you're the one that fell into my trap at the end of the day, after your dear brother warned you of the consequences."

There's no sense of realization that struck Jungkook so instantly as he would like. He remains quiet, processing, unable to grasp anything around him.
