"Ten, can I ask you something?"

The blacked haired male adjusting the white choker on Jungkook's neck hums back, focusing on clasping it properly with his eyes focused hard on it.

"Do you like me?

Jungkook watches him intently the way Ten's eyes suddenly widen and his eyebrows furrowed together in confusion, meeting Jungkook's line of gaze with his own relaxed..... Smile?

"What?"

This is something that has been on Jungkook's mind for a very long time. Sure him and Ten have this soulmate connection, not like he's complaining about it either way, but...... Sometimes it does feel as though Ten probably feels something more or means things on a literal way when it comes to what he says towards him.

It took a lot to say this, many days of overthinking actually, but Jungkook just wants to know at this point. So when Ten came over to study with Jimin, of course him and Jungkook had their little playful flirting back and forth, so Jungkook wanted to use that time to ask him. However he never found the time where they were just alone.

Now is the perfect time.

"Do you like me? As in.... Have feelings for me?" Jungkook asks once again, this time very quietly and slowly.

Ten stares into his eyes, remaining unfazed by the question but his smile twitches more widely  and he lets out a soft giggle, "Why are you asking me this? You know you're my soulmate," He beans calmly, patting his arm, "Besides.... I do know you have this thing going on with Taehyung-"

"That doesn't answer my question," Jungkook ask quietly, himself twitching a small smile in reassurance back to him, "Just.... Be honest with me.... Please."

Now this is the first time Jungkook has seen the smile slowly drop from Ten's face. There's a wave of this hidden darkness of hesitation that cascades over his face that he tries to fight back, and his hand drops from Jungkook's arm.

It's odd seeing a serious look on Ten because he usually isn't.

"If the answer were to be yes or no, nothing would change either way now would it?" He says softly, managing to twitch a sadden smile to the way Jungkook face twists in confusion to his words, "Don't worry. You're only my friend, that's it."

Jungkook didn't know why to say to this, more so wasn't given time to because someone knocks on the door and steps inside. The second Jungkook looks up to be met with Taehyung's gaze, his skin practically explode in goosebumps. Something in the way his eyes casted a dark glow when he takes over Jungkook's attire; the white pants hugging his thick thighs, pink t-shirt tugged under it to form a perfect curve of his waist along with the white button up shirt over his shoulders that's undone; Covering the tattoos that are only their hidden secret.

The white choker on his neck just makes it a fucking bonus.

Jungkook slightly squints his eyes, not noticing the way Ten slightly fixated his gaze to the ground with a deep gulp. The clear tension between Jungkook and Taehyung is extremely obvious, and the fuck me eyes doesn't make it even better at all?

Just a few moments ago Jungkook already saw how Taehyung was dressed like, and it still gives him the same reaction that it did earlier. The tatted man is dressed in a cut sleeved black shirt and his casual black pants with boots, black suspenders on as well. A simple outfit, yet it makes him looks so effortlessly good just..... He looks so attractive.
