"I'm sorry.. but I can’t. ." Soleil whispered. He just can't bear the thought of killing his mate and stealing the life of his future offspring. So with the last second of his consciousness he sent for help and hope that this help will not be too late. Soleil's sword clattered on the ground as his healing sleep overcome him. He slumped over Elisha's shoulder in a frozen-like state, sorrounded by shifting halos of light.

" Soleil. Oh no. Wake up." Elisha pleaded while sliding Soleil's heavy body down. Blood still seeped from his healing wound and a strange light encased his body like a translucent cocoon.

A triumphant laugh rang out, Elisha whipped towards its source and found Triaru laughing with evident glee, his scarlet eyes shinning with crazed sheen. He knew that he managed to incapacitate Soleil and left Elisha at his mercy.

" So what its you and me now, Elisha." Triaru stepped forward, limping slightly on his injured leg.

Elisha shivered but not in fear but from revulsion as she could almost feel the evilness emanating  from the demon. It sorrounds him like a thick, viscous air of madness and evil, and it seems to suffocate her more as Triaru came closer and closer.

"No. Its you and me now, Triaru." A new voice sounded and just like that everything seems to stop into a standstill.

One..
Two..
Three.... seconds passed.
Then a frenzy of creatures scampering away as fast as they can broke the silence.

They all ran for safety and for their lives as another creature whose power and lethality is heralded by his oppressing aura. Any lesser creature unfortunate enough to be caught within the grasp of this miasma of energy, obliterated into ashes.

Elisha turned her head toward its source and her relief was clear enough when she recognised the owner of the voice. He appeared near where Thallan lay unmoving while Karylla hovered protectively  over the injured demon but even a Fomorian like her flinched back when she felt the power of the newcomer.

Fuxal..

In his full glory as one of the Princes of Hell and he is out for blood.
He looked the same as what Elisha could  remember  him, from the bright shade of red of his hair to his flamboyant sense of fashion but there was something more menacing and mysterious on his demeanor.

Fuxal walked slowly forward, the ground beneath his foot crunched as the grass immediately dried out before he made contact with it.

Elisha felt Fuxal's power as he came near. It rushed through her like a hot steam, powerful and dangerous, and equally scary. Fuxal's anger is palpable in the sorrounding atmosphere that Elisha had to force herself from cowering when the Demon Prince passed by her.

Fuxal threw a fleeting look at her before focusing on Triaru,  who went on defense the moment that Fuxal appeared.

"So.. Its you and I now, Triaru." Fuxal mocked as he slowly sauntered forward. "How long it has been since we faced each other eh? A couple of centuries?"

Fuxal walked in a slow, measured steps. He looks like a lion that was enjoying in stalking and hunting his prey, knowing that the latter could run and hide but will never escape from him.

It was Triaru who made the first move by conjuring  Blackfire spears in quick successions and firing them at Fuxal and Elisha's direction but the demon's sneers turned into disbelief when the spears hurtling towards Elisha vanished before they found their target, extinguished into nothing, and those aimed at Fuxal dissapeared as well except for one that the Demon Prince is currently inspecting in his hand, totally unaffected by the burning effect of the spear.

"Blackfire? It seems that this weapon is becoming a common thing nowadays." Fuxal tsked, twirling the spear back and forth on his hands before it vanished.

"But the thing is. A chosen few is immune to this weapon." Fuxal gave a toothy grin, exposing his gleaming and sharp fangs.
" and I'm one of those chosen few. I'm a Prince afterall."

And in a split second Fuxal appeared right in front of Triaru with a grin on his face and eyes flashing bloodred. Triaru tried his very best to escape from Fuxal's grasp but the demon prince already clamped his hand on the former's shoulder and with a savage snarl filled with loathing, Fuxal ripped Triaru's shoulder off from the socket.

Elisha's stomach turned at the sight of inky-black blood spurting from Triaru's missing limb. Fear is evident on the demon's face as it contorted in a grimace of pain and panic. His eyes focused on  his dismembered arm as whisps of smoke erupted from the tattooes that covered its length, freeing the soul and essences of each and every creature that he stole from until his arm became bare of it.

But for Fuxal it was not enough and with a flick of his fingers Triaru's arm burst in flames, burning it until  nothing remains but ashes.

In a desperate  attempt for survival Triaru transported to escape but Fuxal just laughed at the demon's effort. "You can’t escape from me, Triaru.  I will dismember you piece by piece. " Throwing one last glance at Elisha's direction, he disappeared.

Elisha panicked for a bit before she realized that they were alone. Fuxal's presence definitely  scared the hell out of the lesser creatures.
Looking around, she spotted Karylla dragging Thallan's bloody form towards them. Elisha carefully placed Soleil's head on the  ground and met Karylla halfway, dragging  and pulling  Thallan's heavy body until he was lying side by side with Soleil.

Elisha choked in a sob at Thallan's  state. He was still unconsciously pale, the gaping wound on his chest is actively repairing itself but Elisha can clearly see Thallan's beating heart through the gap of muscles and skin. With Soleil  and Thallan injured, Elisha knew that its just a matter of time before Underwordly creatures  come crawling back to them and it worried her.

"Karylla, what should we do?" She turned to the other woman, only to find Karylla having a blank, far-away  look on her face while murmuring something she couldn't  hear or understand.
"What is it?" Elisha panicked.
"They're  here." Karylla murmured lowly.
