Sanji | Take Me Away

The breeze was light, as it blew your (h/c) hair lightly. You sat quietly on the head of the Thousand Sunny, as you peered into the vast, glistening sea.

"WOOHOO!"

Luffy flung himself onto the lion head, sitting on it, as he held his straw hat,"YOOHOO! It's nice today Y/n!"

Turning your head, you gave him a small smile, before getting up. Making your way off the head, you decided to check the crow's nest. Making it up, you spotted Zoro staring out the window, arms crossed.

Walking over, you sat across from where he was, as he let out a sigh,"Weather is nice, Y/n."

Chuckling, you descended, down, before heading into Chopper's work room. Arriving, you spotted Chopper grinding some herbs.

Hovering over his shoulder, you hear Chopper speaking determinedly,"This is for you, Y/n."

Sighing at his hard work, you couldn't help but keep smiling. Leaving the room, you descended down towards Franky's work space, with Brooke and Usopp there as well. You stood by the entrance, as you hear them speaking.

Franky sweating, smiled,"Y/n, don't worry, I'll get this done soon!"

Usopp flexing, smiled as well,"Yosh! Y/n, just you wait, it'll be complete!"

Brooke laughing, cleaned his violin,"Y/n, I'll play your favorite song later, if you don't mind."

Giggling, you walked back up to the deck. Taking a turn, you headed towards the girls' room, seeing Nami and Robin relaxing. Sitting besides them, you leaned into what they're saying.

Nami cheering, she lifted up a nearly clean gold piece,"Wow! Y/n, you're going to like this piece!"

Robin chuckling besides her, closed her book,"I'm sure Y/n would like anything."

Covering your mouth, you let out a soft laugh, before retreating. Turning around, you went towards your last destination. Making it to the kitchen, you sat on the counter top, as Sanji prepared a small bento.

Puffing out smoke, Sanji gave a weak smile,"I hope you like it, Y/n. I made it with love, as always."

You quickly got off the counter, leaving the kitchen, as Sanji followed behind.

You walked up the stairs, towards the orange groves. Making it to your last and very final destination, you awaited for everyone to show up. Waiting patiently, Sanji arrived first, and slowly the rest. They all had a big smile on their faces, as they put their items infront of you. Clapping in glee, you squatted down, examining all the beautiful pieces.

"Happy birthday, Y/n!"

Everyone exclaimed happily. You smiled at them, as they gave their small happy speeches.

"You're a great nakama, Y/n!"(Luffy)
"I'm glad to share my gold with you, Y/n-chan!"(Nami)
"You're very kind, Miss Y/n."(Robin)
"You always believed in me, Y/n!"(Usopp)
"Y-you always helped me gather medicine and books, Y/n!"(Chopper)

"You always sang and danced with me, Y/n-chan."(Brooke)

Finally, Sanji let out a puff of smoke, smiling,"You're a great lover, Y/n."

Tears falling, you stood there, as they had tears in theirs as well, but they kept smiling. Nodding your head, you watched as they stood still, with Brooke playing Bink's Sake, everyone's favorite, especially yours. (Can skip lyrics written below)

As it ended, Brooke gave a bow, as everyone began sniffling and walking away, except for Sanji. He stayed, puffing his cigarette. You sat on a cold stone, swinging your legs, as Sanji kneeled down infront of you. Tilting your head, you stared at his form, as he broke down.

Breaking down, his walls crumbled before you,"Y/n, I-I am sorry, my love! I couldn't make your birthday a great memory!"

Frowning, your legs stopped swaying, as you stared at him.

Sniffing, his tears kept falling,"I'm so sorry, my love."

You watched with boring (e/c) eyes, as he stood up, staring down at the stone cold piece you sat on.

With a weak smile, Sanji stared up to the clear sky,"I couldn't protect you," smiling straight towards your way, he closed his eyes,"I love you, Y/n. Goodbye."

Watching him leave, you stared up into the sky, smiling,"I love you, too, my prince." Closing your eyes, you hugged yourself, choking on tears,"Take me away."
