I went to my room, took a shower and changed into a night dress. I didn't even remember the nightmare I had the night before. Like everyday, I held my lock bracelet in hand and slept.

That night too I woke up screaming Andrew's name. A figure came into my room and hugged me. He rubbed my back and told me that Andrew's never gonna leave me. He then started going out but I held his hand and told him that he had to sleep with me till mom and dad returned. He quietly slept beside me. I could feel his eyes laid on me. I felt exceptionally safe and within minutes I slept. The next morning I woke up to see no one beside me.

"That must have been Andrew," I mumbled to myself. I got out of bed and saw the time.

"Shit! I'm gonna be late." I quickly got ready and went downstairs to see all the boys- Andrew, Zach, Caleb, Aarold and Ryder. They were having pancakes.

"Who made these?" I asked, taking a bite and devouring the taste of the best pancakes I've had till now.

"Of course, I made those," Ryder said proudly.

Before he could say some other cocky comment, I said, "Guys, we're gonna be late! Eat fast!" Everyone started getting up and going out.

"So how are we all gonna fit in our car?" I asked knowing our car wouldn't be able to occupy 1 person.

"Oh! I brought my car here. Anyone wanna come with me?" Caleb asked looking around. I would be more than happy to go with him and not Ryder.

"Of course I'll come. We haven't talked for a long time," I said, getting into his car.

Andrew whispered something in Caleb's ear and Caleb nodded. Ryder kept staring at Caleb with a straight face.

"Come on people, get in the car." Andrew said getting into our car.

I was so happy to be free of those boys.

"Hey Parker! So why did you agree to come with me?" Caleb asked as he started the engine.

"Of course I didn't wanna be around those boys. Anyways, how are you doing dude?" I asked, looking at him.

"Fine. Just fine. Although I miss Avni... We broke up yesterday," he said, with the shine draining out of his brown eyes.

"I didn't know. But you both were the perfect match. All girls were jealous of Avni and her relationship with you. What happened?" I said, remembering how girls of our school, Rosemary High School, talked about how lucky Avni was. Avni was not in our school, she actually was a student of our rival, Mont East High School. Many people doubted that she really did like Caleb. It must have ended due to that.

"Avni was actually using me. But she couldn't complete her purpose because I came to know about her motives before she could cheat me. I broke up with her. She said that she had started our relationship to spy on our school but she eventually developed feelings for me. I don't believe her," he said, his eyes watering.

"I loved her so much. I still love her. I can't forget her. I even gave her my chain. Drew must be having one. Everyone gets it when they join the school football team or are connected to it," he said with a cracking voice.

"Yes, he does. But he hasn't given it to anyone yet. I don't know if he has... Actually I haven't seen that chain in awhile. I'll ask him about it," I said, wondering where it would have been and feeling sorry for Caleb.

"You know, you are the only person I've told this to. I haven't had the courage to tell anyone. Not even Andrew and Dylan. No one knows about our breakup and I hope it stays the same way, but I know that it won't. I don't want people to throw dirt on Avni. I wouldn't be able to bear that. This news will spread like fire in our school." he said, stopping the car in our school parking lot and wiping his tears. We were before Andy cause we left before them.
