Aurelia's POV
I did not know how, but I fell asleep while reading the recipes. I felt someone tug my hair but I was too lazy to open my eyes and thank that person for removing the hair from my face. I was woken up by Aarold.
"Dreaming about me?" Aarold whispered in my ear, waking me up.
"As if." I giggled at Aarold.
He put his hand around my shoulder and it felt comfortable. I let it stay there and we went out of the library. I did not notice anyone else because I was too lazy to do so.
I had decided to go with Aarold rather than those 3 who would keep pestering me with questions. We were already in his car. He was surely not going towards my house.
"Where are you going?" I asked.
"Starbucks baby!" he said, stopping the car in front of Starbucks.
"Let's go," I replied, getting out.
I ordered an s'mores frap and he ordered iced caramel macchiato.
"You'll get diabetes with that much sugar," he said.
"Even then I won't let go of my marshmallows, baby."
"You can literally eat marshmallows for days, can't you?"
"Of Course I can," I said sipping my drink.
I didn't even realize we already reached my doorstep. I saw him leaning on the steering wheel and staring at me.
"What?" I asked.
"You cannot sit here for a life-time sipping sugar," he said, hitting my head lightly.
"This is not sugar! And b-bye!"
"Bye. See you soon," he shouted from the car while I was walking towards the door.
I made a funny face and waved back.
Andy was home early today. I went and flopped down beside him.
"One sip?" he asked.
"Sure." He gave me a weird look because I never share my drinks. He took a sip and found out nothing inside, it was just air. After shooting daggers with his eyes, he threw the glass at me.
"Who took you to Starbucks? Ryder?" he asked.
"Why would that dumbass take me to Starbucks. It was Aarold." I said a little angrily as I got up to throw the glass.
I went upstairs to complete the homework. My phone beeped on the table. I picked it up and found a message from Ryder. Oh! Wow! Someone finally woke up from the dead.
Riley: Hey.
Seriously just a hey, nothing else! Like nothing? I ignored the message and continued my work, as Andy broke into my room.
"You know there's a thing called knocking?"
"No."
"Idiot."
"So any plans for the night?"
"Nope, why?"
"I just wanted to spend time with you. Up for a long drive?"
"Of course bro!" I said as I did my happy dance.
"Why don't we go to the orphanage I was in?"
That word itself made his face fall a bit. But he covered it really fast.
"Yeah, sure."
"Hey, it's okay. We'll go sometime else." I said hugging him.
"If you want to, we can go right now," he said, trying to cheer me up.
