The days with the crew were all the same. First, Lanniya would sleep in her room and snuck out at daylight. The other people in the crew always kept food for her. Since Kaido was convinced that they would work for him one day, he gave them good food. After, she would spend the whole day hiding in the forest and try to get to Udon. When the night came, she would join the crew and sleep or wait for Killer to have a talk. He found her new clothes, a shorter kimono in black and white that made her able to move and fight better.

Since Killer was not coming every night, she stayed by the crew to protect them. But after a while, it went clearer : nothing could happen to them. Killer insisted that she could try to attempt the prison at night, but she was not ready. One night, she was on the guardrail. Killer told her he would come back. He went, but later as usual.

- You are out ? Be careful.

- I need fresh air to think about how to get in Udon.

- You should try to go at night.

- I need a corpse.

- What ?

- I mean, a skeleton.

- Why ?

- People here are very supersticious. If a skeleton wanders around, they will talk about a ghost and won't come our way.

- You could do that ?

Lanniya nodded.

- There is a cemetery out there. Serve yourself.

One night, she went there and managed to get one. After a few trainings, she sent it on the hills. She was sitting on the boat or in the forest, making it move around and disappear when people saw it. When she heard about rumors about ghosts in the surroundings, she knew it was the right time. After a couple other tries, Lanniya knew how to get to Udon. But Killer was right : she needed to try at night. So when Killer came back, she told him about her plan. He sat on the deck and sighed.

- If I get to talk to him... Do you want to tell him something ?

- I don't think so. Just make sure where he is and if he is doing well. We need to get him out of there.

- OK. I don't know if I'll come at dawn.

- If you're not there when I come back in two days, I'll worry.

Lanniya nodded and went away, her skeleton following her from afar. For such things, her power was relatively limited. She ended up carrying her skeleton until she was at the bottom of the wall of Udon. She started to climb, sweating and hoping she would not be seen.

She finally made it. She could see the prison. She didn't know how it was made so she hid behind a rock. There were Beasts walking and looking after the cells. She couldn't see where Kid was, it was too far. She sat on the rock and threw the skeleton. Placing her hand in front of her eyes, she made it move and wander around to explore it.

In his cell, Kid could not sleep. The moon was full. His wounds started to heal well and he could work more. It was not the best place in the world, but not hell either. If only this Stawhat was not so annoying... Kid was very prideful. Having another prisoner messing around was not the kind of thing he liked. The guards walked slowly in front of his cell, talking about this ghost that was wandering around since a few days. It intrigued him at first. Suddenly, one of them screamed. They ran in the opposite direction, screaming that they saw a ghost. A couple seconds later, a skeleton came that way tumbling down and stopping to look around, as it was lost or wanted to visit.

Could it be...

But since other Beasts were running towards it, it fled into a crack in the wall. When they arrived, they found nothing and the skeleton had finished to climb the wall. Kid went closer to the door of his cell and looked at the moon. As the Beasts were panicking and running around, they didn't notice a shadow standing up in front of the moon. It had short hair and wore a short black and white kimono. It was holding a scythe decored with cranes and roses. He couldn't see its face properly, since it was under a tissue. Crane was there, standing in the moonlight and looked down at the cell. He stood up, hoping that she could see him. In fact, she just saw a shadow raising, but thinking it was just a random prisoner, she jumped and fled from the scene. When Lanniya arrived at the boat, Killer was waiting on her. It was dawn.

- Already ? I thought you would stay longer.

- I saw what I needed. And... I think I saw Kid, but I can't be sure.

She hid in a corner, looking behind her to make sure that no one was looking at them.

- Killer, can I let you here alone ?

- What are you going do do ?

- Get some skeletons and watch what happens in Udon.

- I see. Go ahead. Nothing will happen as long as I keep doing this shit.

He laughed. It was really horrible. She closed her eyes.

- I'll free him and I'll go kill Kaido afterwards.

- It's crazy.

- No, it's just what he deserves for what he did to you ! she exploded.

- You and Kid make a cute couple like that. He said looking away. You both have the same anger problems. When you get angry, you hit without looking.

She went into her room to get some rest. He was right. But every time Lanniya saw him, she had a huge pain in the chest that would stop only when she would feel Kaido's skull break under her fist.
