I wouldn't have been able to get through my mum having cancer if it wasn't for you, I will be forever grateful for that. It must have been so hard for you to push aside your own problems at that time, and looking back I feel selfish and guilty that I didn't help more with your parents' divorce.

The next clue will be found at the place all three of us buy our favourite food every weekend. I have no doubt you'll find this one easy.

Every weekend B/N, C/N and I buy our favourite ice creams at the corner shop down the road from my house. It's a couple minute walk from the park, so I get there quite quickly and hear the familiar tinkling bell above my head.

"Ah, Y/N!" the friendly cashier smiled, pulling out a twinkling orange envelope, "This is for you."

"Thank you," I grin back, accepting it from the woman, "Do you have any idea what's going on?"

She shook her head and mimed zipping her mouth shut, refusing to speak another word after that.

See, this one was easy wasn't it? I hope the cashier stuck to her promise and didn't say too much.

What's a hobby we both share but have never actually done together? Go to the place we practice that. That's where the next clue is.

C/N and I both play basketball for our school teams, but we play it for our separate gendered groups and just so happened to have never practiced together. We don't want to leave B/N out just because she doesn't play basketball, it wouldn't be fair nor make us very good friends. However, lately, she's started dating so C/N and I did have plans to start trying to play it together for some fun. Unfortunately, we hadn't got round to it yet.

The local sports club has basketball courts open to the public: they are a couple blocks behind my house is it doesn't take me long to get there.

Attached to one of the hoops is a purple envelope, with the exact same sparkly design as the previous ones. C/N must have gotten a rainbow multipack or something to make these. I have to scale the fencing behind the hoop to get up there, but it isn't too hard and I managed to get it down after a few failed attempts.

You're getting sooooo close to the final destination! To be honest, I'm surprised you managed to get this down from up there.

The last clue is this: where do we all meet up when it's night and we don't want to be alone? We went there just last week, B/N included. You can't forget this one. (You might wanna cycle there.)

Any time when it's midnight and we feel sad or just generally need some company, we sneak out and go to the woods just on the outskirts of the town. There's a clearing somewhere in the centre that has a bike track leading down to it, so we tend to take our bikes out there to make it easier and faster.

I double back and collect my bike from my house, before making the ten minute trip to the familiar place. It was weird cycling down the path alone for once, but I had a feeling that I wasn't gonna he alone for long.

And I was right.

Stood in the middle of the clearing was C/N, his bike lying carelessly on the floor a few feet away from him. I dropped my own off by it and walked over to the boy that held my heart, an awkward smile on my face as I didn't know what to say. C/N grinned at me, taking his hands from behind his back to reveal a blue envelope with the exact same similarity as all the ones that are predecessors to it.

I opened it with even more curiosity than before, since I've already found C/N. Why would there be another clue?

Dropping the letter, completely aware of my flushed face, I dart forward and hug his warm chest as tightly as possible. "I love you too..." I mutter in a muffled voice, "I have for just as long..."

Hugging me back, I hear C/N reply, "Well, I guess we've wasted a lot of time, then..."

We didn't waste anymore after that.
