"Welcome to S.T.A.R. Labs, Y/N."

Caitlin said this with her oh so great-looking smile as you both walked out of the elevator.

You were dressed in some more casual clothes as you took a look around.

These curving hallways seemed long. You could hear your footsteps echo as you started walking in.

"So this is where you guys created the infamous accelerator?"

"Yup. That's about right. It's also where..." A pause. You could see the pain on her face. As if remembering something painful. 

"So, you work alone around here, Caitlin?"

"Let's just say that we have a very specialized team."

"How so?"

"I'll show you."

You walk further to go into this circular room. Filled with all kinds of people.

"Well...this is a filled room if I've ever seen one."

You go around the room and meet them all.

Barry Allen.

Joe West.

Cecile Horton.

Cisco Ramon.

Iris West.

Ralph Dibny.

The last two were...concerning.

Nora West-Allen.

As soon as you met her she said something that didn't make sense right away.

"It's an honor to finally meet you, Uncle Y/N"

"Uncle? I'm sorry?"

"Oh right. Sorry. Spoilers."

"Oooohkay then."

You turned around. And saw Harrison Wells. With longer hair and a different 

"You. You're the scientist who made the accelerator explode!"

You were ready to attack him. Two years. Gone. Just like that. Two years!

Everyone jumped in.

They explained this was not the real Wells. A multiverse theory? You had only heard of this in comic books.

And then you saw the Flash costume.

"This is the Flash base? S.T.A.R. Labs? Are you guys for real?"

"Yeah, we're basically team Flash", Iris said.

Why were they so...trusting?

"And you guys trust me with this? Just like that?"

"We have our own reasons for doing that." Nora chimed in.

"That being?"

"Spoilers." She whispered.

"Okay, so which one of you then is the Flash?"

"Let's just say" said Barry, "I think you did some great work last night."

You looked at him in awe whilst he was wearing this smug grin.

"No way!"

"Yes way."

"Dude! That is awesome!"

You basically spent some time acting like the nerd/geek you are with the one and only Flash.

"Okay, so first off, I would like to run some tests with you in the speed lab, Y/N. If you'd follow me." Caitlin looked at you with kindness in her eyes and a smile on her face.
