Allison's POV
We ran to where the gap sensor went off and found no nighlok or moogers in sight. Everything was perfectly normal. "Huh?" Emily asked.
"Where's the nighlok?" I questioned, searching for a monster. I saw Jayden swat something away before turning around, like he saw something. "Babe, what's wrong?"
"I thought I felt something. Like someone watching me. But it's gone now." He turned back to us while Kevin reached for the gap sensor in the sewer grate.
"Something definitely triggered this sensor."
"Yeah, but what?" Mia asked.
"Let's go." Jayden said sternly.

We walked back into the Shiba house without anything to report. "That was fast." Ji said.
"Doesn't take long to deal with nothing." I said.
"The gap sensor was working fine." Kevin explained. "But no nighlok. We didn't see anything strange." We all turned when we heard something outside. Jayden went out and grabbed an arrow. He brought it back inside and it had a note attached.
"It just says, 'see you soon.'" Jayden said.
"See you soon? What?" Mia pondered. "A nighlok attack?"
"No, the house is guarded by protective symbols." Ji corrected. Jayden handed me the arrow.
"Well, they're doing a great job." I said sarcastically. "Someone shot this arrow." I smelled fish when I was holding it. I sniffed it and realized that's where the smell was coming from. "There's something fishy about this."
"Obviously." Emily said.
"No, there's really something fishy. Smell." I held out the arrow to her and she smelled it.
"Ugh."

Later that night, I sat in my bed, playing with my zord, as usual. I held out my hand and he climbed in. He crawled up my arm and across my shoulders. I put out my other arm so he could climb back down. Suddenly I heard Jayden yell something from another room.
"Where are you?!" I ran to the room and bursted in to find Jayden with his samuraizer open, on full alert.
"Baby, what's wrong?"
"Something's here." The Kevin came in behind me. "There! Did you feel that?" Mia and Emily came in.
"No. Jayden, what did you feel?" Kevin asked.
"Shh!" Jayden pointed to the closet and started to move slowly toward it. We whipped out our samuraizers just in case. He opened the closet and a practice dummy fell out of the closet scaring us all.
"Don't scare us like that!" Mia said playfully.
"I could've sworn there was something here."
"Really, love, there's nothing here." I said putting my hand on his shoulder. He turned it head quickly toward me which made me jump. He started to walk toward the door.
"There's definitely something otherworldly here. I sensed it."
"Sorry, Jayden, but we don't sense anything. Could it be your imagination?" Mia suggested.
"Jayden," Ji started, "it's important to trust your instincts, but I don't feel another presence." Jayden suddenly summoned his sword and swung it, nearly hitting Emily. She gasped in surprise.
"Sorry, Em. Where are you?" Jayden walked out and into the practice area. He swung a few times as if something was there.
"He's really got flipping out down to a science." I said to Emily.
