"Since you're a lazy asshole, I came to your room instead of you coming to mine." I say as soon as he opens his door.

He rolls his eyes.

I sit on the couch and turn on the TV.

He comes next to me, and says, "I really wanna go back home. And if we ever come back here, we have to take our girls with us."

"Absolutely."

Even the TV is boring.

"Did you bring your personal computer?"

"Yeah. Why?"

"I forgot mine and the TV is boring. Let's watch a movie, or something."

"Fast and furious?"

"Sure."

He gets his PC and turns it on. He plays the movie and we watch.

I haven't really concentrated on the movie; all I'm thinking about is getting back home. I've been having this thought, though.....

So I pause the movie.

"What?"

"What if we go back early?"

"Sure." He starts to play the movie again, but I stop him.

"We don't even have any other interview; we finished it all early today. So why not?"

"You know what? You're right."

"I know. So what do you say?"

"Come on. Let's go! I'm packing!"

"Wait! Let's see if the others agree."

"Ugh! Fine."

"Hello, my dear colleagues. Since we have nothing left to do here, I suggest we go back home. If you don't want to, I completely understand. Please give me your opinion on the matter.
Thank you.
-Shawn Mendes." I write on the group chat.

"What if they say no?"

"Then we take the nearest flight."

"Not the private jet?"

"No. If they refuse."

My phone buzzes.

"With all due respect, Mr. Mendes, I'm not ready to leave yet. Actually, when we finished everything today, it meant that we had tomorrow and Sunday off. We could have fun in Spain. So, I'm sorry, but no."

"Mr. Mendes, I don't think I want to leave before our scheduled leaving time. I hope you understand."

"Two of them already said no. Just as I anticipated."

"So let's book our flight, then. I'll take a look."

I nod and Noah gets to booking our tickets.

More messages are sent on the group chat. Only one of them said 'it doesn't matter.'

"Yup. There's a flight at 4 AM—Spain's time zone. Do I book?"

"Go ahead."

"Okay...."

"Done!" Noah exclaims.

"Don't tell anyone we're going back. We'll surprise them."

"Sure."

9:45 PM in Canada—3:45 AM in Spain.

"Finally." Noah mutters.
