M U T E D
Season 1
Bobbie's Point of View:
"Stolen cars my guess."
I fall confused as the engine of a red Camaro rumbles it's way to the cars and comes to a stop. The door opens and out comes a smiling, thrilled Glenn.
"Holy crap. Turn that damn thing off!" Dale shouts.
"I don't know how!" Glenn shrugs. Everyone's voices overlaps one another, making it hard to tell who was saying what. Glenn gross annoyed with everyone before ducking back into the Camero and pops the hood. Shane disconnects the battery to turn the alarm off.
"Yeah! Yeah! Yeah! Yeah!" Glenn holds his hands up to quiet everyone down. The alarm is off and we're able to hear everyone clearly now.
"She's okay! She's okay!" Glenn assures a worried Amy.
"Is she coming back?" She continues to panic.
"Yes!" Glenn assures for the hundredth time.
"Why isn't she with you? Where is she? Is she okay?" Amy continues. Jeez, I know you're worried, but damn.
"Yes! Yeah, fine. Everybody is. Well...Merle not so much." Glenn says.
"Are you crazy, driving this wailing bastard up here? Are you trying to draw every walker for miles?" Shane growls.
"I think we're okay." Dale utters, looking around.
"You call being stupid okay?" Shane fires back.
"Well, the alarm was echoing all over these hills. Hard to pinpoint the source." Dale points out. Shane glares at Dale. "I'm not arguing. I'm just saying. It wouldn't hurt you to think things through a little more carefully next time, would it?" He asks Glenn.
"Sorry." Glenn nods. "Got a cool car." He tried to be excited but he must've known everyone would've began to argue again.
A large, white truck pulls up behind the Camaro and I notice Morales sitting in the passenger. There's a glare on the drivers side, so nobody could tell who was driving. Andre appears from the back and she begins crying once she meets eyes with her sister. They run towards each other and embrace each other in their arms, crying in happiness. Morales' family runs to him and they embrace each other in their arms.
I hear sniffles behind me and I turn around to see Lori kneeling down in front Carl, holding his hands and whispering softly to him. He probably wishes every time Glenn returns, he would've found his dad.
"You are a welcome sight!" Dale smiles as he slaps hands with Morales. "I thought we lost you folks for sure." They hug.
"How'd ya'll get out of there anyway?" Shane asks.
"New guy...he got us out." Morales smiles.
"New guy?" Shane asks.
"Yeah. Crazy Vato just came into town." Morales smiles. He turns to the truck. "Hey helicopter boy! Come say hello!" He shouts. The truck door shuts and a tall man wearing a sheriffs uniform steps out. He seems a little unease before lifting his head up and looks around at the new people. I noticed he stares at Shane before his eyes avert to me, but I hadn't had a clue who this guy even was. His face falls into tears as he points at me and I see everyone staring at me. My face grows red.
