Chapter 33

Devon's POV

Savannah was probably confused to why I wasn't mad at her.

Why would I be when she single handedly figured out what Leo and I couldn't.

Even if it was accidentally.

"Leo!" I called bursting into the sitting room.

Leo was talking with Karen.

I looked around. "Where are Ceejay and Jazz?"

"Making good use of your beach." Karen teased and Leo laughed.

Fang ran over to me as Leo kissed Karen lightly and we went back to the office.

"What's wrong?" Leo asked.

I opened the office door and saw that Savannah had left.

I opened the book and showed Leo the write up.

'When the three worlds combine to meet
There the answers you find, you'll seek
You have to be strong, accept no defeat
Cuz this battle is for the brave not meek'

Leo read this out with obvious amazement.

"But, these weren't here before. How did they appear?" He asked.

"Savannah spilled orange juice on the book accidentally and they just appeared."

"They wrote it with disappearing ink." Leo said.

"There is more to this." I said, I opened the next page and using the last bit of juice in the cup, I poured it on the page.

What appeared was like three roads, meeting themselves in the middle.

Each road had different signs, one a dragon, one a phoenix and the last a serpent.

"Its like a meeting point."

"But where are we going to find it?" Leo asked.

"That I don't know."

Savannah's POV

I had no idea what was making Devon so happy but I was glad he was.

I saw as he took Leo to his office so I went downstairs and saw Karen.

She was trying to make friends with Fang.

"Its okay boy. I'm a friend." She cooed gently.

I entered the room and Fang ran over and jumped on me.

"Get off me you over sized wolf!" I yelled and Karen laughed.

Getting up, I stroked him and walked over to sit beside Karen.

He rested his head on my lap.

"I'm so jealous, I've been trying to talk to him, but once you come in, he just jumps on you." She teased.

I laughed. Then went ahead to tell her about how Fang and I met.

She looked at me incredulously when I told her I was about to open the cage.

"You don't treasure your life." She teased.

I stroked the back of Fang's ears and was about to say something when Jazz and Ceejay, came in.

"Where were you guys?" I asked

"The beach. Where are the other boys?" Ceejay asked.

"Devon's office." I replied and he walked away before I could direct him.

Guess he knows the way already.

Jasmine sat down on the couch.

"Why did you guys come in?" Karen asked.
