Savannah's POV

After that incident, the picnics became much more fun.

Matt refused to let Kylie out of his line of vision so we had actual fun.

Plus, pretending Amber and Zachary didn't exist was so freaking easy.

Even Parker was on our ignore list.

He had brought them here.

After having as much fun as we could,  we started setting off.

"Amber, Parker, come on let's go. Thanks for nothing." Zach said as he turned around and left.

"Parker if you leave right now, you're choosing them over us. Its your call." Kylie said suddenly.

"It doesn't have to be that way." He said.

"I don't want to have to be with her in the same place with her. I'm sorry." She said coldly.

"I'm sorry Kylie. I love you. But I love Amber more. I'm sorry."

Kylie nodded and we headed over to our car.

Kylie was leaning on Matt's shoulder and he was whispering into her ears.

I knew Kylie was sad, she actually loved Parker a lot. He had been a close friend of hers.

We dropped them over at Matt's house and Ceejay drooped me off at home.

He wanted to hang out with Jasmine.

I walked in and Pixie jumped on me.

She was wagging her tail, she grabbed my hoodie's sleeve and dragged me with her.

"Pixie what's up? Where are we going?" She led me to my room.

"Why are you so excited to be in my room?"

I opened the door and saw a giant shadow.

I turned on the light and saw a giant Kangaroo stuffed toy and saw who was seating beside it.

On my bed.

"Hey Savannah. Miss me?"

Devon.

Devon?

Devon?!

Devon.

He was sitting on my bed, his sexy smirk on his face.

He was dressed in black sweatshirt and white jeans.

A black beanie sat on his head.

I couldn't stop staring at him.

"Where were you?" I asked, my voice cracking a bit.

He didn't say anything.

He just stared at me.

"Do you have any idea how worried I was? Do you even care how scared I was that I had no idea where you were. If you where safe."

He stood up, staring at me.

"Why did you just leave?"

The tears brimmed my eyes but I refused to let them fall.

"where were you?"

"Why did you leave?"

He hugged me suddenly.

I was too surprised to do anything.

"I'm sorry. I'm so sorry. I'm really sorry for not telling you I was leaving. I'm sorry for making you worry."

I wrapped my hands around him.
