I was going to write letters to certain people and explain.
I sat down and started to write.
Dear Dad,
I have to leave for the good of everyone, I have to leave.
I am only a burden to all of you. The rest of the council
teases you because the failure of the village is your son.
I know we have never had the best Father-Son relationship,
But I still am going to miss you.
I love you, Hiccup.
I wiped a stray tear from my face with the heel of my hand, Dad was not the greatest father you could get, but I still would miss him dreadfully.
